Patrick Talosaga is wanted for an $11,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply
with the Terms and Conditions of Court.
On April 1, 2024, between 4:15 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., on the H-1 Freeway
westbound near the Waimalu area, two vehicles almost collided, and the male
occupants of each vehicle exchanged words, which led to a physical altercation.
The male suspect exited his vehicle and approached the complainant’s vehicle
and made unauthorized entry into the vehicle, and assaulted the complainant,
who was seated within. The male suspect also caused damage to the windshield
of the complainant’s vehicle before fleeing the area. Police were notified and
were able to locate and detain the male suspect. The male suspect was
positively identified as Patrick Talosaga. On April 1, 2024, at approximately 4:40
p.m., he was arrested for the offense of Unauthorized Entry into Motor Vehicle in
the First Degree.
Patrick Talosaga has one prior conviction and is known to frequent the Ewa
Beach, Honolulu, and Pearl City areas.

Rainbow Andrade-Callen is wanted for an $11,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to
Comply with Terms and Conditions of Probation.
On February 20, 2023, between 4:48 p.m. and 6:15 p.m., two male suspects
unlawfully entered the complainant’s residential storage locker in the Ward
Avenue area by cutting security chains and locks and left the area with items
taken from within before Police arrived.
A thorough investigation was made by Detectives and Officers in which positive
identification was made of one of the suspects, whose name is Rainbow
Andrade-Callen. On March 7, 2023, at approximately 4:38 p.m., Rainbow
Andrade-Callen was arrested for the offense of Burglary in the Second Degree.
Rainbow Andrade-Callen has six prior convictions and is known to frequent the
Honolulu, Kailua and Kaneohe areas.

Colonel Kaimi Pakele Jr. is wanted for an $11,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to
Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Probation.
On November 11, 2021, between approximately 3:52 p.m. and 4:06 p.m., two
male employees from an appliance repair company arrived at the complainant’s
Kalihi area residence to repair an appliance. Later that evening, the complainant
realized that her ring was missing and, despite searching thoroughly within her
residence, was unable to find her ring. Police arrived and initiated a Theft in the
Second Degree investigation as the ring taken was valued at more than
$3,000.00.
Through the course of a thorough investigation, Detectives and Officers were
able to positively identify Colonel Kaimi Pakele Jr. as the suspect who had the
complainant’s ring. On June 6, 2022, the Prosecutor’s Office accepted the
charges against Colonel Kaimi Pakele Jr. for the offense of Theft in the Second
Degree.
Colonel Kaimi Pakele Jr. has 21 prior convictions and is known to frequent the
Hauula, Kalihi, and Kaneohe areas.

Tinei Titania is wanted for a $20,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for
Court.
On August 16, 2020, at approximately 2:00 a.m., in the Sand Island area, a
female suspect and the complainant got into a verbal argument. The argument
escalated when the female suspect used a metallic object to strike at the
windshield of the complainant’s vehicle, causing damage to the glass and frame
while the complainant was seated in the vehicle. The female suspect fled the
area prior to the Officers arrival.
Through the course of a thorough investigation, on September 15, 2020, at
approximately 10:20 a.m., Detectives and Officers identified the female suspect
as Tinei Titania. On October 21, 2020, the Prosecutor’s Office accepted the
charges against Tinei Titania for the offense of Criminal Property Damage in the
First Degree.
Tinei Titania has seven prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu
and Kalihi areas.
