CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Shaynon Kim who is wanted for a $20,000 Cash Only Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Motion to Set Aside Order for Deferred Acceptance of Guilty Plea on 3/9/21.

 

On October 5, 2010, the complainant reported to police that his residence in the Palolo area had been broken into and items had been stolen. The complainant later discovered that someone had entered his vehicle by using his stolen car keys and took items from within. Through the investigation, the suspect was identified as Shaynon Kim. He was later located and placed under arrest for Unauthorized Entry into Motor Vehicle in the First Degree.

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Kiakahi Bowens-Domingo who is wanted for a $20,000 Cash Only Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Probation.

 

On May 13, 2018 at approximately 6:00 p.m., the victim had just exited the restroom inside of a shopping complex in the Aiea area when she was approached by a male who asked her for money. When the victim refused, the male showed a video on his cellular phone of the victim nude from waist down and using the toilet. The victim informed a security guard who was able to detain the male and notify police. The male, who was identified as Kiakahi Bowens-Domingo, was subsequently placed under arrest for Violation of Privacy in the First Degree. 

 

Bowens-Domingo has 3 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Taylor Mulleitner who is wanted for a $20,000 Cash Only Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Hearing on Motion for Modification of the Terms and Conditions of Probation.

 

On December 21, 2014 at about 1:55 p.m., the manager of a store in the Waimalu area observed a male to select and conceal items into his Hello Kitty bag. The male then proceeded to exit the store without making payment for the items in the bag. When the manager confronted him the male refused to pay for the items. The manager then took out her cell phone to call the police at which time the male used physical force and grabbed the phone out of her hand causing her to sustain injuries. The male then began to run away at which time the manager chased after him. The male then threw a soda can at her head and fled. Police were notified and was able to locate the male nearby. The male, who was identified as Taylor Mulleitner, was subsequently placed under arrest for Robbery in the Second Degree.

February 13, 2021

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Fred Kiyabu jr. who is wanted for a $100,000 Grand Jury Bench Warrant for Robbery in the First Degree.

 

On December 7, 2020 at about 10:50 a.m., an employee of a farm in the Waianae area was working when he was approached by a male. The male grabbed a metal cash box that the employee was holding and fled into an awaiting vehicle. The vehicle was not able to leave initially due to a security gate being closed. The male then exited the vehicle and pointed a handgun at the employee and other witnesses. The male and his accomplice was later able to flee the area. Police were notified and through the investigation, the male who took the cash box and brandished the gun has been identified as Fred Kiyabu jr. He is now wanted for a $100,000 Grand Jury Bench Warrant for Robbery in the First Degree.

 

Kiyabu has 29 prior conviction and is known to frequent the Waianae area.

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Jerry Andrade who is wanted for a $25,000 Warrant of Arrest for Burglary in the Second Degree.   

 

On February 11, 2020 at approximately 10:00 a.m., the complainant returned to his residence in the Kaimuki area and discovered that it had been broken into and numerous items had been taken. Images of the suspect had been captured via the complainant’s security camera. Police were notified and through the investigation, the suspect has been identified as Jerry Andrade. He is now wanted for a $25,000 Warrant of Arrest for Burglary in the Second Degree.

On January 23, 2020 at about 9:09 a.m., a sixty-one year old female was sitting at a bus stop in the Ewa Beach area when a male approached her and yanked her purse off of her arm causing her to sustain injuries. The male then fled in an awaiting vehicle. Police were notified and through the investigation, the male was identified as Tauilo Ala. He was later located and placed under arrest for Robbery in the Second Degree.

On June 17, 2014, at about 2:30 p.m., a male had been discharged from the Queen’s Hospital emergency room when he began to argue with security about his drug paraphernalia that had been confiscated. The male then removed an item from his backpack and threw it at a security window causing it to shatter. The damages were estimated to be about $2,500. Police were notified and placed the male, who was identified as Dominic James, under arrest for Criminal Property Damage in the Second Degree.

On July 21, 2017 at about 9:00 p.m., the victim was at her home in the Ewa Beach area when a male whom she had a Protective Order against entered. The male then assaulted the victim and threatened to kill her. The victim’s daughter was able to call Police at which time the male fled. Police were later able to locate the male nearby. The male, who was identified as Georgie Ladore, was subsequently placed under arrest for Assault in the Second Degree and Terroristic Threatening in the First Degree.

On December 26, 2018 at about 10:10 p.m., a Registered Nurse for a hospital in the Windward area was evaluating a male patient. As the nurse was assessing the patient, the patient became upset and physically assaulted the nurse causing him to sustain injuries. Police were notified and placed the male, later identified as Danny Overturn, under arrest for Assault in the Second Degree.

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Paul Rodriguez who is wanted for a $20,000 Cash Only Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Probation.

 

On November 21, 2017 at about 9:45 p.m., the victim was on the city bus in the Waialae area when a male passenger offered her money for sex. The victim refused the males offer and got off the bus. As the victim was walking down Waialae Avenue, she was grabbed from behind and forced under a bus shelter where a male attempted to sexually assault her. The victim observed that the suspect was the same male that had been propositioning her in the bus. The victim was able to escape and call for police. Through the investigation, the suspect was identified as Paul Rodriguez. He was later located and placed under arrest for Attempted Sexual Assault in the Third Degree.

 

Rodriguez has 6 prior convictions and has no known local address.

April 20, 2020

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Brandon Cuda who is wanted for a $20,000 Cash Only Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Probation.

 

On October 30, 2018 at about 3:56 a.m., the complainant received an alert on his phone that a motion sensor inside of a church in the Kailua area had been set off. The complainant watched the live feed on his phone and discovered that an unknown male and female had broken into the church. Police were responded to the scene and was able to locate both individuals inside. The male, who was identified as Brandon Cuda, was subsequently placed under arrest for Burglary in the Second Degree.

On September 8, 2018 at approximately 3:30 p.m., the victim was walking inside of Aala Park when he was confronted by a male who was carrying a machete. The male swung the machete at the victim causing him to sustain injuries.  The male later chased the victim with the machete causing him to feel threatened. Police were notified and placed the male, who was identified as Alexander Takeo, under arrest for Assault in the Second Degree and Terroristic Threatening in the First Degree.

The male then grabbed the victim causing her to sustain bruises to her arm and leg. Police were notified and through the investigation, the male was identified as Lorne Palisbo. He was later located and placed under arrest for Burglary in the First Degree.

Wanted Fugitive: Theotis C White Jr.
November 02, 2019

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Theotis White who is wanted on a $1,000,000 Grand Jury Bench Warrant for Attempted Murder in the Second Degree.

 

On July 17, 2019 at about 2:58 p.m., the victim was driving westbound on the   H-1 Freeway near the Pali off ramp when he observed a vehicle pull alongside him. The victim then observed the driver to be holding a gun and waving it in the air. When the victim tried to get away, the driver shot at him several times causing him to sustain multiple gunshot wounds. Police were notified and through the investigation, the shooter has been identified as Theotis White. He is now wanted on a $1,000,000 Grand Jury Bench Warrant for Attempted Murder in the Second Degree.

On November 24, 2014 at about 10:30 a.m., a male entered the Ewa Beach American Savings Bank and handed the teller a demand note instructing her to place the money in his bag. The male then fled with an undisclosed amount of money. Police were notified and through the investigation, the male was identified as Jose Jimenez. He was later located and placed under arrest for Robbery in the Second Degree.

 

Jimenez has 4 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Hawaii Kai, Ewa Beach and Honolulu areas.

Wanted Fugitive: Jeremee Smith
October 14, 2019

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Jeremee Smith who is wanted for a $25,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Drug Court.

 

On December 12, 2012 at approximately 7:30 p.m., the complainant was in the bedroom of her Ewa Beach home when she observed flashlights beaming from another portion of the home. The complainant called her family members to check on the home at which time they located two males walking out of the property carrying items belonging to the complainant. Police were notified and placed both males under arrest for Burglary in the First Degree. One of the males was identified as Jeremee Smith.

 

Smith has no prior conviction and is known to frequent the Kaneohe area.
