Wanted Fugitive: Nickolas Bischoff
November 10, 2018

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Nickolas Bischoff who is wanted for a $100,000 Grand Jury Bench Warrant for Sexual Assault in the Second Degree and three counts of Sexual Assault in the Fourth Degree.

 

On October 25, 2017, the victim reported to her parents that an acquaintance of hers had sexually assaulted her at his Kahuku residence. Police were notified and through the investigation, the male who had sexually assaulted the victim was identified as Nickolas Bischoff. He was later located and placed under arrest for Sexual Assault in the First Degree and two counts of Sexual Assault in the Third Degree.

 

Bischoff has no prior conviction and is known to frequent the Kahuku area.

Wanted Fugitive: Dyanna Hall
November 03, 2018

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Dyanna Hall who is wanted for a $20,000 Cash Only Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for HOPE Hearing on Motion for Modification of the Terms and Conditions of Probation on 9/12/18.

 

On February 13, 2016 at about 6:20 a.m., a witness heard a female yelling outside of his apartment in the Vineyard Boulevard area. The witness looked outside of his lanai and observed a female shatter the back window of his brother in law’s vehicle. The female then walked up to a juvenile female and demanded her cell phone. When the juvenile refused, the female pushed her down and punched her mouth causing her tooth to break off. The female then fled with the juvenile’s phone. Police were notified and was able to locate the female nearby. The female, who was later identified as Dyanna Hall was subsequently placed under arrest for Criminal Property Damage in the Fourth Degree and Robbery in the Second Degree. When Hall was later transported to the main police station to be processed, officers recovered a glass smoking pipe with residue which she had concealed on her. Hall was then re-arrested for Promoting a Dangerous Drug in the Third Degree and Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia.  

 

Hall has 3 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

Wanted Fugitive: Kovin Hamada
October 27, 2018

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Kovin Hamada who is wanted for a $50,000 Warrant of Arrest for Theft in the Second Degree.

 

On August 9, 2016, at approximately 7:20 p.m., a male entered a jewelry store located inside of a Waikiki Hotel and asked an employee to see two Hawaiian bracelets from a display. The employee handed the bracelets to the male who then fled in an awaiting vehicle with the bracelets which were valued at over $8,000. A security officer was able to obtain the license plate number of the vehicle and recover video surveillance which was turned over to police. Through the investigation, the male who took the Hawaiian bracelets was identified as Kovin Hamada.

 

He has eight prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

Wanted Fugitive: Amoi Elias
October 13, 2018

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Amoi Elias who is wanted for a $40,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Probation.

 

On May 16, 2011 at about 5:50 p.m., the victim was on his way to work in the Kalihi area when he was surrounded by three males. One of the males then asked the victim for a donation to purchase drugs but the victim refused. The males then began to throw beer bottles at him and assaulted him. The victim tried to run away but the group of males chased after him and continued to assault him. One of the males was then able to flee with the victim’s bag. Police were notified and was able to locate the males nearby. The male who initially confronted the victim and assaulted him was identified as Amoi Elias. He was subsequently placed under arrest for Robbery in the Second Degree.

 

Elias has 2 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Aiea and Honolulu areas.

Wanted Fugitive: Brandon K. HARDING
June 16, 2018

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Brandon Harding who is wanted for a $80,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Hearing on May 1, 2018.

 

On August 5, 2017, a male checked into the Hyatt Waikiki Hotel and provided the front desk clerk with an identification card and a credit card bearing his name. The male later checked out of the hotel on August 11, 2017 with a total bill of $3,461.41.  When an employee of the Hyatt later tried to finalize the males account, they discovered that the credit card that the male used was fraudulent and flagged his name in the hotel’s computer. On August 21, 2017, the same male returned to the Hyatt and tried to check in. Police were notified and placed the male, later identified as Brandon Harding, under arrest for Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card and Theft in the Second Degree.    

 

Harding has no prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

Wanted Fugitive: Michael D. WARNER
May 19, 2018

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Michael Warner who is wanted for a $25,000 bench warrant for Failure to Appear Hearing on April 25, 2018.

 

 On November 6, 2016 at about 11:30 p.m., the complainant was inside of a Waikiki night club when someone stole her purse from on top of a bar counter.  On November 7, 2016, at about 9:00 p.m., the complainant used her sister’s phone to try and track down her phone that was in her stolen purse.  Upon pinging the phone, they were able to track it down to the Fort Derussy beach area. They then heard the audible sound of the phone coming from the back pocket of a male that was laying on the beach. Police were notified and upon detaining the male with the complainant’s phone, he was found to be in possession of the complainant’s credit cards. The male, who was identified as Michael Warner, was subsequently placed under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree and Unauthorized Possession of Confidential Personal Information.

Warner has no prior conviction and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

Wanted Fugitive: Ernesto Alcala
March 24, 2018

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Ernesto Alcala Jr. who is wanted for a $50,000 bench warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Deferral.

 

On November 25, 2013, at approximately 6:40 p.m., a Loss Prevention Officer for the Army and Air Force Exchange Service or AAFES, a retail establishment, observed a male browsing at items in the store. The Loss Prevention Officer recognized the male as someone who had previously been arrested for theft several months prior. The male was later observed to select a Bose speaker box and LG DVD player then place them into a shopping cart. The male then proceeded to the garden section and threw the Bose speaker and LG DVD player over the wall to his friend who then placed them into a vehicle. Police were notified and the male who threw the items over the wall was identified as Ernesto Alcala Jr..  Alcala was subsequently placed under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree.

 

Alcala has no prior conviction and is known to frequent the Wahiawa area.

Wanted Fugitive: Chenhui XIONG
February 03, 2018

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Chenhui Xiong who is wanted for a $100,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Probation.

                                               

On March 6, 2017 at about 7:50 p.m., a male entered the Waikiki Yves Saint Laurent store and selected two men’s bags from the sales floor. The male then provided the employee a Visa credit card for payment but the card was declined. The male then provided an American Express credit card for payment but that card was also declined. The employee then called the Visa Merchant Authorization Center at which time he was told that the credit card was not valid. The employee became suspicious and contacted the police. The male, who was later identified as Chenhui Xiong, was subsequently placed under arrest for two counts of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card.

 

Chenhui Xiong has no prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

Wanted Fugitive: Donald Mauga
December 09, 2017

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Donald Mauga who is wanted for a $75,000 grand jury bench warrant for Robbery in the First Degree. 

 

On November 9, 2017, at approximately 2:38 a.m., two males posing as customers entered a business establishment in the Keeaumoku area. Upon entering the establishment, one of the males brandished a hand gun at the employee and demanded money. The employee then handed over the money to the male. Both males then fled the scene. The incident was captured on surveillance camera and through the investigation, the suspect with the hand gun was identified as Donald Mauga. He is now wanted for Robbery in the First Degree.

 

He has 5 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

Wanted Fugitive: Joeson J. MONGKEYA
October 21, 2017

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Joeson Mongkeya who is wanted for a $100,000 Grand Jury Bench Warrant for three counts of Sex Assault in the Second Degree.

On May 28, 2014, at about 8:00 a.m., Joeson Mongkeya befriended a female and gave her an alcoholic beverage. Mongkeya then sexually assaulted the victim numerous times. The victim reported the incident to a family member who then contacted police. Mongkeya was later located and placed under arrest for Sex Assault in the Second Degree. 

He has eight prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

Wanted Fugitive: Michele KAKALIA (alias: Michele HULAMA)
October 07, 2017

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Michele Kakalia who is wanted for a $20,000 cash only warrant for Failure to Appear.

On October 5, 2014, at approximately 5:35 p.m., a female entered a market in the Kalihi area and placed several items into her bag. The female then exited the store without making payment for the items. An employee of the market tried to stop the female from leaving but the female used physical force to overcome the employee. Police were called and were able to locate the female nearby. The female, who was identified as Michele Kakalia, was placed under arrest for Robbery in the Second Degree.

She has six prior convictions and is known to frequent the Waianae area.

Wanted Fugitive: Tovaega MAILAELO
April 15, 2017

Tovaega Mailealo who is wanted for a $250,000 Grand Jury warrant.

 

 The complainant who is in her eighties and resides at the Kahala Nui Senior Living Home was having her taxes done when discrepancies in her checking account were found. Through investigation with the bank the complainant’s niece observed ninety-four checks written out to Mailealo had been stolen, forged and deposited into Mailealo’s account between April 26, 2011 and March 4, 2013.

 

A police report was made and Mailealo fled the state. She is wanted for Identity Theft in the First Degree and Theft in the First Degree.

Wanted Fugitive: Anthony DOMINGUEZ
March 04, 2017

Anthony Dominguez who is wanted for two $50,000 cash only Contempt warrants for failure to appear for HOPE warning hearing on

June 1, 2016.

 

On June 4, 2013, Dominguez went to auto dealer ship located on South Berertania Street and asked to test drive an Audi.  He left the lot and did not return at the specified time and auto theft was initiated. On June 6, 2013, an officer stopped the Audi on Liliha Street and placed all four occupants under arrest and transported them to the Kalihi Police station to be interviewed. During the interview Dominguez was identified as the person who stole the vehicle.

 

On September 3, 2013, the complainant received a call from the property manager at Cathedral Point that two vehicles that he was responsible for were being tampered with by three people. The complainant drove to the area and confronted the three people, and noticed that both of the vehicles that he had power of attorney over were entered and searched. Police arrived and one of the males was positively identified as Dominguez and placed under arrest for two counts of Unauthorized Entry Into a Motor Vehicle in the First Degree.

 

While incarcerated at OCCC he was also placed under arrest for Unauthorized Control of a Propelled Vehicle that occurred on June 4, 2013.  He ahs seven prior convictions and is known to frequent the Kailua area.

Wanted Fugitive: Garrett JENNINGS
February 11, 2017

Garret Jennings who is wanted for a $50,000 Contempt warrant for failure to appear for Jury Selection on December 13, 2016.

 

On October 14, 2006, the complainant met the suspect Jennings on the internet and invited him to stay at a Waikiki hotel.  They got into an argument while out at a bar and upon returning to his hotel room found that numerous items were missing. One of the items a laptop was located on December 2, 2006, at a pawn shop and positively identified by the complainant. The records from the pawn shop showed that it had been brought in by Jennings on October 16, 2006.

Jennings was later located and placed under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree.  Jennings has seven prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

Wanted Fugitive: Christine BRAY AKA Christine LANE
May 07, 2016

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Christine Bray who is wanted for a $20,000 cash only Probation Revocation warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions for HOPE probation.

 

On March 7, 2014, the complainant who is a supervisor for Child Welfare Services was assigned to do a home visit on a child that was placed in temporary custody of her parents. When she arrived at the home she was informed by a family member that the child had been taken to Florida by her parents.  Information was received through investigation of their whereabouts in Florida.  Child Welfare Services in Florida located the child, took custody, and she was returned to Honolulu.   Bray was charged with Custodial Interference in the First Degree.

Wanted Fugitive: Sherwin DIAZ
March 19, 2016

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Sherwin Diaz who is wanted for two warrants totaling $100,000 for failure to appear for DAG/Sentencing on January 8, 2016.


On August 15, 2004, the complainant left her residence on Ohialoke Street at approximately 8 a.m., and returned several hours later to find that her home had been broken into. Police dusted the residence for fingerprints and through investigation found that the prints belonged to Diaz.  He was later located and placed under arrest for Burglary in the First Degree.


On August 29, 2004, at approximately 8:30 a.m., the complainant returned to his residence on Kaluanui Road and parked his vehicle in his garage.  At approximately 10:30 a.m., the complainant discovered his vehicle missing and called the police.  Through investigation Diaz was locate d and arrested for Burglary in the First Degree, and Unauthorized Control of a Propelled Vehicle.

Wanted Witness: Failure to Render Aid
October 21, 2015

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating the driver of a dark blue Ford F-150 pickup truck with black tinted windows for Failure to Render Aid.

 

On October 14, 2015, at approximately 3:06 p.m., a 36-year-old male was crossing Vineyard Boulevard when the Ford F-150 made a left turn from Palama Street onto Vineyard Boulevard and struck the victim while in the crosswalk. The driver fled without stopping or slowing down. The truck may have damages to the front passenger side.

 



Wanted Fugitive: Unknown Male
September 11, 2015

An unknown male who is wanted for Attempted Sexual Assault in the First Degree.

 

On September 9, 2015, at approximately 11:20 p.m., the victim was walking home from work on Kealanani Avenue prior to Kumuiki Street when she was pushed from behind by an unknown male who brandished a knife.  The suspect attempted to sexually assault the victim as they both struggled on the ground.   The suspect suddenly stopped his actions and fled the area on foot, leaving behind a red beanie that was recovered by police.

September 11, 2015

An unknown male who is wanted for Attempted Sexual Assault in the First Degree.

 

On September 9, 2015, at approximately 12:45 a.m., the victim was walking home on Kaiau Avenue near Kama’aha Avenue when she was approached from behind and pushed into a bush.  The suspect attempted to sexually assault her, but stopped when the victim talked him into going to her residence nearby.  Upon arriving at her residence, she convinced the male to wait outside and was able to enter her secured building and call the police.

 Age:           30s

Wanted Fugitive: Roy Cruz-Keawe
August 22, 2015

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Roy Cruz-Keawe is wanted for a $20,000 cash only Probation Revocation warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of HOPE probation. 

On July 11, 2013, at approximately 1:35 p.m., officers stopped a vehicle on Paiwa Street for traffic violations and identified the drivers a Cruz-Keawe.  A computer check shoed the Cruz-Keawe did not have a valid driver’s license and three outstanding warrants. He was placed under arrest and searched prior to being seated in the back seat of the police vehicle.  In his pockets were a set of keys with a capsule attached to the ring.  The transporting officer observed Cruz-Keawe fidgeting in the back seat and stopped the vehicle. The officer searched the back seat and found that seat cover had been ripped and the cylindrical object from the key ring was now stuffed under the cover. The officer removed the object and found illegal drugs. Cruz-Keawe was then placed under arrest for Promoting a Dangerous Drug in the Third Degree.
