Wanted Fugitive: Ikaika Atuatasi
January 13, 2020

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Ikaika Atuatasi who is wanted for a $20,000 cash only bench warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Drug Court.

 

On August 6, 2018, at approximately 1:00 p.m., the complainant arrived at his business in the South King Street area and discovered that it had been broken into and various items had been taken. Police were notified and through the investigation and reviewing video surveillance footage, one of the suspect was identified as Ikaika Atuatasi. He was later located and placed under arrest for Burglary in the Second Degree.

 

Atuatasi has one prior conviction and is known to frequent the Waianae area.

Wanted Fugitive: Jason Takaki
January 11, 2020

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Jason Takaki who is wanted for a $75,000 Grand Jury Bench Warrant for three counts of Theft in the Second Degree.

 

From January 12, 2017 to February 9, 2017, a male entered three jewelry stores in the Waikiki area and asked to see various items. The employees of the store handed the items to the male at which time he fled without making payment for the items. The total value of property taken was more than $8,000. Police were notified and through the investigation, the suspect has been identified as Jason Takaki. He is now wanted for a $75,000 Grand Jury Bench Warrant for three counts of Theft in the Second Degree.

 

Takaki has 19 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

December 16, 2019

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Phillip Hong who is wanted for a $20,000 bench warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Probation.

 

On July 25, 2017, at approximately 2:45 p.m., the victim was in the first level of her Pearl City home when she heard noises coming from the second floor. When the victim checked the second floor, she observed an unknown male walking around.  When the victim confronted the male, he fled with some of the victim’s property. Police were notified and through the investigation, the male was identified as Phillip Hong. He was later located and placed under arrest for Burglary in the First Degree.

 

Hong has 29 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Aiea and Honolulu areas.

November 16, 2019

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Lorne Palisbo who is wanted for a $20,000 Cash Only Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Probation.

 

On September 26, 2012 at about 2:10 p.m., the victim was in her apartment in the Ala Moana area when a male began to knock on her door. The victim told the male to leave at which time he kicked in the front door and entered the apartment. The victim ran outside to her patio and tried to call 911 but the male grabbed her phone and threw it over the railing. The male then grabbed the victim causing her to sustain bruises to her arm and leg. Police were notified and through the investigation, the male was identified as Lorne Palisbo. He was later located and placed under arrest for Burglary in the First Degree.

 

Palisbo has 26 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

November 09, 2019

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Robert Kaio who is wanted for a $20,000 cash only warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Probation.

 

On January 25, 2018, at about 4:25 p.m., the juvenile victim was sitting in front of the Waianae 7-11 store and counting his money. As the victim was counting his money, a male approached him from behind and placed a knife to his neck. The male then grabbed the victim’s money and fled. Police were notified and was able to locate the male nearby. The male, who was identified as Robert Kaio, was subsequently placed under arrest for Robbery in the First Degree

 

He has one prior conviction and is known to frequent the Waianae area.

Wanted Fugitive: Theotis C White Jr.
November 02, 2019

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Theotis White who is wanted on a $1,000,000 Grand Jury Bench Warrant for Attempted Murder in the Second Degree.

 

On July 17, 2019 at about 2:58 p.m., the victim was driving westbound on the   H-1 Freeway near the Pali off ramp when he observed a vehicle pull alongside him. The victim then observed the driver to be holding a gun and waving it in the air. When the victim tried to get away, the driver shot at him several times causing him to sustain multiple gunshot wounds. Police were notified and through the investigation, the shooter has been identified as Theotis White. He is now wanted on a $1,000,000 Grand Jury Bench Warrant for Attempted Murder in the Second Degree.

 

White has 2 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

He was later located and placed under arrest for Robbery in the Second Degree.

Wanted Fugitive: Mark Press
October 26, 2019

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Mark Press who is wanted for a $25,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Deferral.

 

On June 24, 2017, at about 4:58 p.m., the victim was sitting with his family at a picnic table at Ala Moana Beach Park when two males approached them. The victim asked the males to leave at which time an argument ensued. One of the males then stabbed the victim with a knife while the other male threatened the victim with a broken glass bottle. Police were notified and was able to locate both males nearby. The male who threatened the victim with the broken glass bottle was identified as Mark Press. He was placed under arrest for Terroristic Threatening in the First Degree.

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Jeremee Smith who is wanted for a $25,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Drug Court.

 

On December 12, 2012 at approximately 7:30 p.m., the complainant was in the bedroom of her Ewa Beach home when she observed flashlights beaming from another portion of the home. The complainant called her family members to check on the home at which time they located two males walking out of the property carrying items belonging to the complainant. Police were notified and placed both males under arrest for Burglary in the First Degree. One of the males was identified as Jeremee Smith.

 

Smith has no prior conviction and is known to frequent the Kaneohe area.

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Frank Wilson who is wanted for a $30,000 Grand Jury Bench Warrant for Computer Fraud in the First Degree and Theft in the First Degree.

 

On December 14, 2018, the complainant discovered that a large amount of money had been taken from within the company’s account. Police were notified and through the investigation, the person who took the money was identified as Frank Wilson. He is now wanted on a $30,000 Grand Jury Bench Warrant for Computer Fraud in the First Degree and Theft in the First Degree.

September 09, 2019

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Faustino Litulumar who is wanted for a $20,000 Cash Only Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Probation.

 

On July 29, 2018 at about 1:23 a.m., the victim was riding his skateboard on Ala Wai Boulevard when a male holding a knife jumped in front of him and began to make stabbing motions at him. The victim was able to fend the male off with his skateboard and run away. Police were notified and was able to locate the male nearby. The male who was identified as Faustino Litulumar, was subsequently placed under arrest for Terroristic Threatening in the First Degree.

On October 22, 2016 at about 6:00 a.m., the victim was walking on Maunakea Street when a male approached him and demanded his fanny pack. When the victim refused, the male physically assaulted the victim and forcibly took his fanny pack. Police were notified and through the investigation, the male was identified as Francis Reller. He was later located and placed under arrest for Robbery in the Second Degree.

July 27, 2019

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Pau’ulu Lavatai who is wanted for a $20,000 cash only warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Probation.

 

On March 20, 2015, at about 7:35 a.m., two males entered the Valley Market in the Palolo area and approached a female employee behind the counter. The males began to assault the female employee and tried to take items. The employee’s husband intervened at which time he was struck numerous times on his head with a metal pipe. The males then fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money. Police were notified and through the investigation, one of the males was identified as Pau’ulu Lavatai.  He was later located and placed under arrest for Robbery in the First Degree.

 

He has one prior conviction and is known to frequent the Kapolei, Waimanalo and Honolulu areas.

June 17, 2019

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Lauren Kaehuaea who is wanted for a $20,000 cash only bench warrant for Failure to Appear for HOPE Hearing on 3/19/19.

 

On June 15, 2015, at approximately 2:12 p.m., an employee of the Kapolei Safeway store observed a male to enter the store then select and conceal four bottles of Tequila into his bag. The male then attempted to leave the store without making payment for the items. The employee tried to stop the male but the male punched the employee’s face at which time a struggle ensued for the bag. Another employee was able to recover three of the bottles but the male smashed the fourth bottle onto the ground then fled.  Police were notified and was able to locate the male nearby. The male, who was identified as Lauren Kaehuaea, was subsequently placed under arrest for Robbery in the Second Degree.  

 

Kaehuaea has 4 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Waianae area.

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Jarrett Treu who is wanted for an $11,000 Warrant of Arrest for Burglary in the Second Degree and Unauthorized Control of Propelled Vehicle.

 

On September 26, 2018, the complainant discovered that someone had broken into his Waianae area business, took property and fled in the company van. The complainant reviewed the security footage and observed an unknown male in the video. Police were notified and through the investigation, the male was identified as Jarrett Treu. He is now wanted for Burglary in the Second Degree and Unauthorized Control of Propelled Vehicle.

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Lawrence Keller who is wanted for a $20,000 Cash Only bench warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Probation.

 

On March 22, 2013, at approximately 5:45 p.m., a Loss Prevention Officer for the Waipahu Walmart Store observed a male to select and conceal a portable DVD player and two cellular phones. The male then exited the store without making payment for the items. The Loss Prevention Officer stopped the male and notified police. The male, who was identified as Lawrence Keller, was subsequently placed under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree.

 

Keller has 39 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Ewa Beach and Honolulu areas.

Wanted Fugitive: Brandon K. HARDING
June 16, 2018

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Brandon Harding who is wanted for a $80,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Hearing on May 1, 2018.

 

On August 5, 2017, a male checked into the Hyatt Waikiki Hotel and provided the front desk clerk with an identification card and a credit card bearing his name. The male later checked out of the hotel on August 11, 2017 with a total bill of $3,461.41.  When an employee of the Hyatt later tried to finalize the males account, they discovered that the credit card that the male used was fraudulent and flagged his name in the hotel’s computer. On August 21, 2017, the same male returned to the Hyatt and tried to check in. Police were notified and placed the male, later identified as Brandon Harding, under arrest for Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card and Theft in the Second Degree.    

 

Harding has no prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

Wanted Fugitive: Michael D. WARNER
May 19, 2018

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Michael Warner who is wanted for a $25,000 bench warrant for Failure to Appear Hearing on April 25, 2018.

 

 On November 6, 2016 at about 11:30 p.m., the complainant was inside of a Waikiki night club when someone stole her purse from on top of a bar counter.  On November 7, 2016, at about 9:00 p.m., the complainant used her sister’s phone to try and track down her phone that was in her stolen purse.  Upon pinging the phone, they were able to track it down to the Fort Derussy beach area. They then heard the audible sound of the phone coming from the back pocket of a male that was laying on the beach. Police were notified and upon detaining the male with the complainant’s phone, he was found to be in possession of the complainant’s credit cards. The male, who was identified as Michael Warner, was subsequently placed under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree and Unauthorized Possession of Confidential Personal Information.

Warner has no prior conviction and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

Wanted Fugitive: Ernesto Alcala
March 24, 2018

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Ernesto Alcala Jr. who is wanted for a $50,000 bench warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Deferral.

 

On November 25, 2013, at approximately 6:40 p.m., a Loss Prevention Officer for the Army and Air Force Exchange Service or AAFES, a retail establishment, observed a male browsing at items in the store. The Loss Prevention Officer recognized the male as someone who had previously been arrested for theft several months prior. The male was later observed to select a Bose speaker box and LG DVD player then place them into a shopping cart. The male then proceeded to the garden section and threw the Bose speaker and LG DVD player over the wall to his friend who then placed them into a vehicle. Police were notified and the male who threw the items over the wall was identified as Ernesto Alcala Jr..  Alcala was subsequently placed under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree.

 

Alcala has no prior conviction and is known to frequent the Wahiawa area.
