Kem Sonis is wanted for an $11,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with
the Terms and Conditions of Supervised Release.
On February 20, 2025, at approximately 9:15 a.m., at a bridge located in the
Mapunapuna area, the suspect and two complainants got into a verbal argument
which escalated into a physical altercation. The complainants were assaulted
and suffered injuries caused by the male suspect who was detained by one of
the complainants until the Officers’ arrival. On February 20, 2025, at
approximately 9:25 a.m., Officers were able to confirm positive identification of
Kem Sonis as the male who assaulted the complainants. On February 20, 2025,
at approximately 9:31 a.m., Kem Sonis was placed under arrest for two counts of
the offenses Assault in the Second Degree.

Mareko Taosoga is wanted for a $20,000 bench warrant for Failure to Comply
with the Terms and Conditions of Court.
On May 27, 2019, at approximately 10:45 a.m., in the Kaaawa area, the
complainant’s moped was reportedly stolen from an area where it was secured to
a post.
On May 31, 2019, at about 11:55 a.m., in the Kahuku area, patrol Officers
responded to a motor vehicle collision involving a moped and an SUV.
Responding Officers detained the male suspect operating the moped and
confirmed that the moped was the complainant’s stolen moped. Officers
positively identified Mareko Taosoga as the male suspect operating the moped
unlawfully. On May 31, 2019, at approximately 12:35 p.m., Mareko Taosoga was
arrested for the offense of Unauthorized Control of a Propelled Vehicle.
Mareko Taosoga has three prior convictions and is known to frequent the
Hauula, Honolulu, Kaaawa, Kahuku, Kaneohe, and Pearl City areas.

Alicia D. Rincon is wanted on a $25,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply
with the Terms and Conditions of Probation.
On January 13, 2022, at approximately 2:30 p.m., a female suspect presented a
fraudulent check and completed a financial transaction for $315.00 cash at a
Bank located in the Keeaumoku area. The female suspect left the Bank prior to
the Officers arrival and a Police report was made.
Through the course of a thorough investigation, Detectives positively identified
Alicia D. Rincon as the female who was responsible for presenting the fraudulent
check. On April 9, 2022, the Prosecutor’s Office accepted the charges against
Alicia D. Rincon for the offenses of Forgery in the Second Degree, Unauthorized
Possession of Confidential Personal Information, Identity Theft in the Third
Degree, and Theft in the Third Degree.
Alicia D. Rincon has twelve prior convictions and is known to frequent the
Honolulu and Waipahu areas.

Chastity Kehaulani Oililaa is wanted for a $20,000 Failure to Appear for Court
Warrant.
On November 8, 2022, between 1:14 p.m. and 1:24 p.m., a female suspect
unlawfully entered the complainant’s condominium residence in Waikiki
undetected and exited the residence with items taken from within. The
complainant later reviewed the condominium video surveillance system with
management, which revealed a female suspect with items taken from the
residence. Management then shared the surveillance video with responding
HPD Officers.
Through further investigation by Detectives, the female suspect was positively
identified as Chastity Kehaulani Oililaa. On July 18, 2023, The Prosecutor’s
Office charged Chastity Kehaulani Oililaa with the offense of Burglary in the First
Degree.
Chastity Kehaulani Oililaa has five prior convictions and is known to frequent the
Honolulu, Kaneohe, Waikiki, and Waianae areas.

Kimmer Leeann Horsen is wanted for a $30,000 aggregate Bench Warrant for
Failure to Comply with Terms and Conditions of Supervised Release.
On June 28, 2025, at approximately 2:02 p.m., in the Ewa Beach residential
area, the female suspect known as Kimmer Leeann Horsen harassed her
neighbors and damaged their property. Officers responded to the scene and
while conducting their investigation, Kimmer Leeann Horsen assaulted Officers
by using Oleoresin Capsicum (OC) spray which she deployed towards the
Officers. The Officers were able to overcome the effects of the OC spray and
located Kimmer Leeann Horsen in her residence and positively identified her as
the suspect who harassed her neighbors and damaged their property, and
assaulted them by using OC spray.
On June 28, 2025, at approximately 2:30 p.m., Kimmer Leeann Horsen was
placed under arrest for Harassment, Criminal Property Damage in the Fourth
Degree, and two counts of Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer in the First
Degree.

Christian R. Alegre is wanted for an $11,000 bench warrant for Failure to Comply
with the Terms and Conditions of Court.
On February 12, 2024, at approximately 11:25 p.m., in the Waipahu area, a male
suspect was unlawfully operating a motor vehicle, a Black Moped, which did not
belong to him. Undercover Officers were able to detain the male suspect on the
Pearl Harbor bike path and positively identified him as Christian R. Alegre. On
February 12, 2024, at approximately 11:27 p.m., Christian R. Alegre was placed
under arrest for the offense of Unauthorized Control of a Propelled Vehicle in the
First Degree.

Honolulu and Waipahu areas.

Kalei Palimoo is wanted for a $15,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply With
the Terms and Conditions of Probation.
On December 28, 2017, at approximately 5:20 p.m., the complainant who is the
owner of a Kalihi area store, was assaulted by the male suspect who took
clothing items and was able to flee the area before Police arrived.
Detectives and Officers conducted a thorough investigation, and on January 5,
2018, Officers positively identified Kalei Palimoo as the suspect who assaulted
and took items from the complainant’s store. On January 5, 2018, at
approximately 5:15 p.m., Kalei Palimoo was arrested for the offense of Robbery
in the Second Degree.
Kalei Palimoo has five prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu
and Kalihi areas.

Floyd K. Ruiz is wanted for an $11,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear in
Court.
On June 15, 2024, at approximately 5:26 p.m., an unknown individual unlawfully
entered a Church in the Kakaako area, which activated the alarm system. A
caretaker of the property responded to the location and confronted the individual
who had unlawfully entered the property, causing the individual to flee. A 911
call was placed, but responding HPD Officers were unable to locate the
individual. A Police report was generated, and the investigation was initiated.
Through the course of a thorough investigation by Detectives and Officers, the
suspect was positively identified as Floyd K. Ruiz. On December 17, 2024, the
Prosecutor’s Office accepted the charges against Floyd K. Ruiz for the offense of
Burglary in the Second Degree.
Floyd K. Ruiz has one prior conviction and is known to frequent the Honolulu,
Kakaako, and Waianae areas.

Ronald S. Green is wanted for an $11,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear
in Court.
On May 1, 2025, at approximately 10:15 a.m., the complainant, who is employed
at a Kaimuki area thrift store, attempted to detain a male suspect for theft. While
attempting to detain the male suspect, the complainant was assaulted by him,
which allowed the male suspect to flee the area. Police arrived shortly thereafter
and detained the suspect nearby. Officers positively identified Ronald S. Green
as the suspect. On May 1, 2025, at approximately 11:20 a.m., Ronald S. Green
was placed under arrest for the offense of Robbery in the Second Degree.

Honolulu, and Kaimuki areas.

James Snider is wanted for a $20,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with
the Terms and Conditions of Court
On May 13, 2021, at approximately 12:11 p.m., the complainants were sitting in
the living room of their home in the Waianae area when an unknown male
unlawfully entered the residence. The complainants, fearing for their safety, told
the male to leave the apartment and called 911 for assistance. The male
eventually left the apartment and was detained by neighbors until Officers
arrived. Officers were able to positively identify the male as James Snider. On
May 13, 2021, at approximately 1:00 p.m., James Snider was placed under
arrest for the offense of Unauthorized Entry in a Dwelling in the Second Degree.
James Snider has 5 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Kapolei and
Waianae areas.

George Stanley is wanted for a $20,000 bench warrant for Failure to Comply with
Terms and Conditions of Probation.
On March 3, 2021, at approximately 1:00 p.m., in the Waimanalo area, a male
suspect made threats against a juvenile complainant using a dangerous
instrument, causing the juvenile complainant to fear for his safety. The juvenile
complainant’s parent called 911 for assistance, but the male suspect left the area
before the Officer’s arrival. As a result of a thorough investigation, George
Stanley was positively identified as the suspect. On July 27, 2021, George
Stanley was charged by The Prosecutor’s Office with the offense of Terroristic
Threatening in the First Degree.

Sean Woolsey is wanted for an $11,000 bench warrant for Failure to Comply with
the Terms and Conditions of Deferral.
On January 19, 2022, at approximately 8:00 a.m., Sean Woolsey arrived at the
complainant’s residence in the Haleiwa area to provide an estimate for repairs
and received $2900.00 in cash to start the job on January 22, 2022. Sean
Woolsey deceived the complainant and failed to appear on the agreed-upon
dates, which ranged from January 22, 2022, through February 23, 2022. A
Police report for theft was documented on February 25, 2022.
Through the course of a thorough investigation, Sean Woolsey was positively
identified as the suspect who deceived the complainant by taking money for
repair services that were never provided. On March 30, 2022, the Prosecutor’s
Office accepted the charges against Sean Woolsey for the offense of Theft in the
First Degree.
Sean Woolsey has one prior conviction and is known to frequent the Haleiwa,
Nanakuli, and Waianae areas.

Angelina Tawfeek is wanted for a $50,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear
for Trial.
On June 9, 2025, at approximately 1:15 p.m., at a Beauty Salon located near the
Keeaumoku Street area, the suspect and two complainants got into a verbal
argument which escalated into a physical altercation. The complainants were
assaulted and suffered injuries caused by the female suspect who fled from the
area before the Officers arrival. Police were notified and initiated a Police Report
for the assault. On June 10, 2025, at approximately 1:02 p.m., Officers were
able to locate and confirm positive identification of Angelina Tawfeek as the
female who assaulted the complainants. Angelina Tawfeek was placed under
arrest for two counts of the offenses Assault in the Second Degree.

Pomaikai Olson is wanted for a $25,000 bench warrant for Failure to Appear.
On November 26, 2023, in the early morning hours just before 2:23 a.m., at a car
dealership in the Aiea area, a male suspect unlawfully damaged thirteen vehicles
as well as three windows of the showroom. The estimated cost to repair the
windows and vehicles was in excess of $25,000.00. Responding Officers located
the male suspect on site, who was positively identified as Pomaikai Olson, and
was responsible for causing damage to the dealership showroom and vehicles
on the property. On November 26, 2023, at approximately 3:36 a.m., Pomaikai
Olson was arrested for the offense of Criminal Property Damage in the First
Degree.
Pomaikai Olson has one prior conviction and is known to frequent the Aiea and
Downtown Honolulu areas.

Timothy Ellis Jr. is wanted for a $100,000 Bench Warrant for multiple criminal
offenses.
On June 18, 2025, in a residence located in the Nanakuli area, Timothy Ellis Jr.
strangled a juvenile complainant, causing pain and injuries. Through further
investigation, it was discovered that Timothy Ellis Jr. had also committed multiple
offenses of Terroristic Threatening and Abuse of Family/Household Member, on
a second complainant who had intervened during the strangulation episode.
On July 11, 2025, a Warrant of Arrest was issued for Timothy Ellis Jr., including
four counts of Abuse of Family/Household Member and three counts of
Terroristic Threatening in the Second Degree.
Timothy Ellis Jr. has seven prior convictions and is known to frequent the Ewa
Beach, Kapolei, Nanakuli, and Waianae areas.

Dane Lemes-Keller is wanted for a $25,000 bench warrant for Failure to Comply
with the Terms and Conditions of Probation.
On April 10, 2023, at approximately 3:24 a.m., in the Ewa Beach area, a witness
observed a male suspect enter and take items from his Father’s parked vehicle.
The male suspect fled the area in possession of the complainant’s property
before the Officers’ arrival. A police report was generated, and video of the
suspect was obtained through the course of the investigation.
On April 10, 2023, at approximately 6:10 p.m., Officers positively identified Dane
Lemes-Keller as the person who entered and took items from within the
complainant’s vehicle. On April 24, 2023, the Prosecutor’s Office accepted the
charge against Dane Lemes-Keller for the offense of Unauthorized Entry into
Motor Vehicle in the First Degree.

Desi Manalo is wanted for a $15,000 bench warrant for Failure to Appear for
Court.
On July 29, 2022, at approximately 3:12 p.m., a female suspect selected and
concealed items from a retail establishment in the Kahala area and exited the
store without making a payment. An asset protection officer stopped and
detained the female suspect, recovering all items valued at more than $890.
Officers were able to positively identify Desi Manalo as the suspect who
shoplifted from the store. On July 29, 2022, at approximately 7:45 p.m., Desi
Manalo was arrested for the offense of Theft in the Second Degree.

with Terms and Conditions of Probation.
On February 15, 2023, at approximately 11:20 a.m., in the Aina Haina area, a
male suspect made threats against the complainant using a dangerous
instrument and also assaulted the complainant causing injuries. Responding
Officers located and detained the male suspect and positively identified Kendrell
O. Johnson as the male who threatened and assaulted the complainant. On
February 15, 2023, at approximately 12:28 p.m., Kendrell O. Johnson was
arrested for the offense of Terroristic Threatening in the First Degree.

Haina, Honolulu, and Waikiki areas.

Edward A. Deplae II is wanted for a $15,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to
Comply with Terms and Conditions of Probation.
On June 10, 2021, at approximately 9:40 a.m., in the Nuuanu area, the male
suspect was operating his motor vehicle, a Chevrolet SUV, which Officers
declared a motor vehicle pursuit by activating patrol vehicle blue lights and
vehicle siren. The suspect collided with HPD patrol car vehicle in order to flee
the area as the Officers terminated the pursuit as a result of vehicular damage
caused by the suspect. On June 14, 2021, undercover Officers were able to
locate the male suspect and positively identified him as the suspect operating the
Chevrolet SUV which damaged the HPD patrol vehicle. On June 14, 2021, at
approximately 3:51 p.m., Edward A. Deplae II was placed under arrest for
Criminal Property Damage in the First Degree, and Resisting an Order to Stop a
Motor Vehicle in the First Degree.

Michelle Marie Grimes, is wanted for a $20,000 bench warrant for Failure to
Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Probation.
On January 18, 2023, at approximately 8:30 a.m., at a department store located
in the Kailua area, a female concealed multiple items and exited the store without
making payment. A store Security Officer recognized the female from previous
incidents and called 911 for assistance. Responding Officers located the suspect
outside the store with multiple stolen items valued at more than $750.00, and she
was positively identified as Michelle Marie Grimes. On January 18, 2023, at
approximately 9:55 a.m., Michelle Marie Grimes was arrested for the offense of
Theft in the Second Degree. While reviewing video surveillance, it was
discovered that she was also responsible for a theft on January 16, 2023, and
was also arrested for the offense of Theft in the Third Degree.
Michelle Marie Grimes has fourteen prior convictions and is known to frequent
the Kailua, Kalihi, and Waianae areas.
