Jazzmen Delizo is wanted for an $11,000 Bench Warrant for Violation of the
Terms and Conditions of Probation.
On June 10, 2024, at approximately 4:37 p.m., two female suspects selected
merchandise valued at more than $780.00 while shopping at a Pearl City area
store. One of the female suspects attempted to pay for the items at the cashier,
but the payment methods were declined. The other female suspect left the store
with the unpaid merchandise, and they both fled the area before Officers
responded.
Through the course of a thorough investigation by Detectives and Officers,
Jazzmen Delizo was positively identified as the female suspect who left the store
with the unpaid merchandise. On January 16, 2025, the Prosecutor’s Office
accepted the charges against Jazzmen Delizo for the offense of Theft in the
Second Degree.
Jazzmen Delizo has one prior conviction and is known to frequent the Wahiawa
and Waialua areas.

Patrick Talosaga is wanted for an $11,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply
with the Terms and Conditions of Court.
On April 1, 2024, between 4:15 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., on the H-1 Freeway
westbound near the Waimalu area, two vehicles almost collided, and the male
occupants of each vehicle exchanged words, which led to a physical altercation.
The male suspect exited his vehicle and approached the complainant’s vehicle
and made unauthorized entry into the vehicle, and assaulted the complainant,
who was seated within. The male suspect also caused damage to the windshield
of the complainant’s vehicle before fleeing the area. Police were notified and
were able to locate and detain the male suspect. The male suspect was
positively identified as Patrick Talosaga. On April 1, 2024, at approximately 4:40
p.m., he was arrested for the offense of Unauthorized Entry into Motor Vehicle in
the First Degree.
Patrick Talosaga has one prior conviction and is known to frequent the Ewa
Beach, Honolulu, and Pearl City areas.

On February 20, 2023, between 4:48 p.m. and 6:15 p.m., two male suspects
unlawfully entered the complainant’s residential storage locker in the Ward
Avenue area by cutting security chains and locks and left the area with items
taken from within before Police arrived.
A thorough investigation was made by Detectives and Officers in which positive
identification was made of one of the suspects, whose name is Rainbow
Andrade-Callen. On March 7, 2023, at approximately 4:38 p.m., Rainbow
Andrade-Callen was arrested for the offense of Burglary in the Second Degree.
Rainbow Andrade-Callen has six prior convictions and is known to frequent the
Honolulu, Kailua and Kaneohe areas.

Colonel Kaimi Pakele Jr. is wanted for an $11,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to
Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Probation.
On November 11, 2021, between approximately 3:52 p.m. and 4:06 p.m., two
male employees from an appliance repair company arrived at the complainant’s
Kalihi area residence to repair an appliance. Later that evening, the complainant
realized that her ring was missing and, despite searching thoroughly within her
residence, was unable to find her ring. Police arrived and initiated a Theft in the
Second Degree investigation as the ring taken was valued at more than
$3,000.00.
Through the course of a thorough investigation, Detectives and Officers were
able to positively identify Colonel Kaimi Pakele Jr. as the suspect who had the
complainant’s ring. On June 6, 2022, the Prosecutor’s Office accepted the
charges against Colonel Kaimi Pakele Jr. for the offense of Theft in the Second
Degree.
Colonel Kaimi Pakele Jr. has 21 prior convictions and is known to frequent the
Hauula, Kalihi, and Kaneohe areas.

Dana Perdrizet is wanted for a $20,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with
the Terms and Conditions of Probation.
On November 29, 2022, at approximately 3:40 p.m., a female suspect selected
and concealed items belonging to the complainant at a restaurant in the Waikiki
area. The complainant realized her items were taken and pursued a suspiciouslooking
female who attempted to flee. The complainant asked security guards for
assistance, and they detained the female suspect and recovered the
complainant’s items. Shortly thereafter, Officers responded and positively
identified Dana Perdrizet as the suspect who took the complainant’s items. On
November 29, 2022, at approximately 4:12 p.m., Dana Perdrizet was arrested for
the offense of Theft in the Second Degree.
Dana Perdrizet has four prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu
and Waikiki areas.

Tinei Titania is wanted for a $20,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for
Court.
On August 16, 2020, at approximately 2:00 a.m., in the Sand Island area, a
female suspect and the complainant got into a verbal argument. The argument
escalated when the female suspect used a metallic object to strike at the
windshield of the complainant’s vehicle, causing damage to the glass and frame
while the complainant was seated in the vehicle. The female suspect fled the
area prior to the Officers arrival.
Through the course of a thorough investigation, on September 15, 2020, at
approximately 10:20 a.m., Detectives and Officers identified the female suspect
as Tinei Titania. On October 21, 2020, the Prosecutor’s Office accepted the
charges against Tinei Titania for the offense of Criminal Property Damage in the
First Degree.
Tinei Titania has seven prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu
and Kalihi areas.

Robert Paul E. Calizo is wanted for an $11,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to
Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Probation.
On April 19, 2020, at approximately 10:08 p.m., on the public street parking in the
Kalihi area, a male suspect made unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle by
using a brick to shatter the window. Police were notified and were able to locate
the male suspect, who remained in the vehicle upon arrival at the scene. The
male suspect resisted the Officer’s orders and commands but was eventually
removed from the vehicle. The male suspect was positively identified as Robert
Paul E. Calizo, and on April 19, 2020, at approximately 10:16 p.m., he was
arrested for the offense of Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle in the First
Degree.
Robert Paul E. Calizo has one prior conviction and is known to frequent the
Honolulu and Kalihi industrial areas.

On February 12, 2024, at approximately 11:25 p.m., in the Waipahu area, a male
suspect was unlawfully operating a motor vehicle, a Black Moped, which did not
belong to him. Undercover Officers were able to detain the male suspect on the
Pearl Harbor bike path and positively identified him as Christian R. Alegre. On
February 12, 2024, at approximately 11:27 p.m., Christian R. Alegre was placed
under arrest for the offense of Unauthorized Control of a Propelled Vehicle in the
First Degree.
Christian R. Alegre has no prior convictions and is known to frequent the
Honolulu and Waipahu areas.

Ronald S. Green is wanted for an $11,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear
in Court.
On May 1, 2025, at approximately 10:15 a.m., the complainant, who is employed
at a Kaimuki area thrift store, attempted to detain a male suspect for theft. While
attempting to detain the male suspect, the complainant was assaulted by him,
which allowed the male suspect to flee the area. Police arrived shortly thereafter
and detained the suspect nearby. Officers positively identified Ronald S. Green
as the suspect. On May 1, 2025, at approximately 11:20 a.m., Ronald S. Green
was placed under arrest for the offense of Robbery in the Second Degree.
Ronald S. Green has eight prior convictions and is known to frequent the Aiea,
Honolulu, and Kaimuki areas.

James Snider is wanted for a $20,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with
the Terms and Conditions of Court
On May 13, 2021, at approximately 12:11 p.m., the complainants were sitting in
the living room of their home in the Waianae area when an unknown male
unlawfully entered the residence. The complainants, fearing for their safety, told
the male to leave the apartment and called 911 for assistance. The male
eventually left the apartment and was detained by neighbors until Officers
arrived. Officers were able to positively identify the male as James Snider. On
May 13, 2021, at approximately 1:00 p.m., James Snider was placed under
arrest for the offense of Unauthorized Entry in a Dwelling in the Second Degree.
James Snider has 5 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Kapolei and
Waianae areas.

Sean Woolsey is wanted for an $11,000 bench warrant for Failure to Comply with
the Terms and Conditions of Deferral.
On January 19, 2022, at approximately 8:00 a.m., Sean Woolsey arrived at the
complainant’s residence in the Haleiwa area to provide an estimate for repairs
and received $2900.00 in cash to start the job on January 22, 2022. Sean
Woolsey deceived the complainant and failed to appear on the agreed-upon
dates, which ranged from January 22, 2022, through February 23, 2022. A
Police report for theft was documented on February 25, 2022.
Through the course of a thorough investigation, Sean Woolsey was positively
identified as the suspect who deceived the complainant by taking money for
repair services that were never provided. On March 30, 2022, the Prosecutor’s
Office accepted the charges against Sean Woolsey for the offense of Theft in the
First Degree.
Sean Woolsey has one prior conviction and is known to frequent the Haleiwa,
Nanakuli, and Waianae areas.

Pomaikai Olson is wanted for a $25,000 bench warrant for Failure to Appear.
On November 26, 2023, in the early morning hours just before 2:23 a.m., at a car
dealership in the Aiea area, a male suspect unlawfully damaged thirteen vehicles
as well as three windows of the showroom. The estimated cost to repair the
windows and vehicles was in excess of $25,000.00. Responding Officers located
the male suspect on site, who was positively identified as Pomaikai Olson, and
was responsible for causing damage to the dealership showroom and vehicles
on the property. On November 26, 2023, at approximately 3:36 a.m., Pomaikai
Olson was arrested for the offense of Criminal Property Damage in the First
Degree.
Pomaikai Olson has one prior conviction and is known to frequent the Aiea and
Downtown Honolulu areas.

Timothy Ellis Jr. is wanted for a $100,000 Bench Warrant for multiple criminal
offenses.
On June 18, 2025, in a residence located in the Nanakuli area, Timothy Ellis Jr.
strangled a juvenile complainant, causing pain and injuries. Through further
investigation, it was discovered that Timothy Ellis Jr. had also committed multiple
offenses of Terroristic Threatening and Abuse of Family/Household Member, on
a second complainant who had intervened during the strangulation episode.
On July 11, 2025, a Warrant of Arrest was issued for Timothy Ellis Jr., including
four counts of Abuse of Family/Household Member and three counts of
Terroristic Threatening in the Second Degree.
Timothy Ellis Jr. has seven prior convictions and is known to frequent the Ewa
Beach, Kapolei, Nanakuli, and Waianae areas.

Dane Lemes-Keller is wanted for a $25,000 bench warrant for Failure to Comply
with the Terms and Conditions of Probation.
On April 10, 2023, at approximately 3:24 a.m., in the Ewa Beach area, a witness
observed a male suspect enter and take items from his Father’s parked vehicle.
The male suspect fled the area in possession of the complainant’s property
before the Officers’ arrival. A police report was generated, and video of the
suspect was obtained through the course of the investigation.
On April 10, 2023, at approximately 6:10 p.m., Officers positively identified Dane
Lemes-Keller as the person who entered and took items from within the
complainant’s vehicle. On April 24, 2023, the Prosecutor’s Office accepted the
charge against Dane Lemes-Keller for the offense of Unauthorized Entry into
Motor Vehicle in the First Degree.
