Cheryl Arthur is wanted for an $11,000 probation Revocation warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of probation.

On October 1, 2003, the complainant began receiving mail from companies for charges on credit cards that she did not open. She called the credit companies to file a fraud case and was informed that a charge had just been made to purchase an Apple computer and it was being mailed. The fraud investigator confirmed the shipment and found the package and the delivery address. A sting operation was conducted by the Honolulu Police Department and the delivery was made to an address in Waianae. Upon delivery of the laptop officers converged on the home and served the occupant a search warrant. The resident in possession of the computer was identified as Arthur and placed under arrest for Identity Theft in the Second Degree, and Attempted Theft in the Second Degree. She has five prior convictions and is known to frequent the Waianae area.
