WANTED

Hyon Nakamura is wanted for an $11,000 Deferred Acceptance Revocation warrant for violating the terms and conditions of her probation. On April 3, 2010, at approximately 3 p.m., a loss prevention agent for Macy’s located in the Ala Moana Shopping Center received and anonymous tip about a female shoplifting. The female was observed on CCTV and by a loss prevention agent on the floor removing several clothing items and placing them into a bag she was carrying. The female exited the store without making payment and was stopped and detained outside of the store. Police were called and Nakamura was positively identified and placed under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree. She has no prior convictions and is known to frequent the Mililani area.
