Wanted Fugitive: Derek Aki
February 08, 2020

STATUS: ARRESTED

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Derek Aki who is wanted for a $25,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Supervised Release.

 

On July 1, 2019 at about 4:00 p.m., a witness observed two males carrying items out of his neighbor’s home in the Manoa area. The witness confronted the males and notified police and the home owner. The home owner arrived on scene and informed the officers that he did not know the males and that the items they were carrying were taken from within his home. One of the males, who was identified as Derek Aki, was subsequently placed under arrest for Burglary in the First Degree. While Aki was being placed under arrest, officers recovered a clear packet of crystal methamphetamine from his hands. Aki was then also placed under arrest for Promoting a Dangerous Drug in the Third Degree.

 

Aki has 13 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Wahiawa area.

Wanted Fugitive: Alexander Takeo
January 25, 2020

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Alexander Takeo who is wanted for a $20,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Probation.  

 

On September 8, 2018 at approximately 3:30 p.m., the victim was walking inside of Aala Park when he was confronted by a male who was carrying a machete. The male swung the machete at the victim causing him to sustain injuries.  The male later chased the victim with the machete causing him to feel threatened. Police were notified and placed the male, who was identified as Alexander Takeo, under arrest for Assault in the Second Degree and Terroristic Threatening in the First Degree.   

 

Takeo has 5 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

January 18, 2020

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating David Majors who is wanted for a $20,000 Cash Only Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Probation.

 

On February 4, 2000 at about 10:25 p.m., a male approached a sliding glass door to a residence in the Makakilo area and observed several juvenile females within. The male told the females that he would give them cigarettes if they performed a lewd act on him and also requested to be let in. When the females refused, the male took his clothes off and forced his way into the home. Police were notified and was able to locate the male nearby. The male, who was identified as David Majors, was subsequently placed under arrest for Burglary in the First Degree.

 

Majors has 7 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Kapolei area.

November 16, 2019

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Lorne Palisbo who is wanted for a $20,000 Cash Only Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Probation.

 

On September 26, 2012 at about 2:10 p.m., the victim was in her apartment in the Ala Moana area when a male began to knock on her door. The victim told the male to leave at which time he kicked in the front door and entered the apartment. The victim ran outside to her patio and tried to call 911 but the male grabbed her phone and threw it over the railing. The male then grabbed the victim causing her to sustain bruises to her arm and leg. Police were notified and through the investigation, the male was identified as Lorne Palisbo. He was later located and placed under arrest for Burglary in the First Degree.

 

Palisbo has 26 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

Wanted Fugitive: Theotis C White Jr.
November 02, 2019

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Theotis White who is wanted on a $1,000,000 Grand Jury Bench Warrant for Attempted Murder in the Second Degree.

 

On July 17, 2019 at about 2:58 p.m., the victim was driving westbound on the   H-1 Freeway near the Pali off ramp when he observed a vehicle pull alongside him. The victim then observed the driver to be holding a gun and waving it in the air. When the victim tried to get away, the driver shot at him several times causing him to sustain multiple gunshot wounds. Police were notified and through the investigation, the shooter has been identified as Theotis White. He is now wanted on a $1,000,000 Grand Jury Bench Warrant for Attempted Murder in the Second Degree.

 

White has 2 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

On November 24, 2014 at about 10:30 a.m., a male entered the Ewa Beach American Savings Bank and handed the teller a demand note instructing her to place the money in his bag. The male then fled with an undisclosed amount of money. Police were notified and through the investigation, the male was identified as Jose Jimenez. He was later located and placed under arrest for Robbery in the Second Degree.

 

Jimenez has 4 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Hawaii Kai, Ewa Beach and Honolulu areas.

Wanted Fugitive: Mark Press
October 26, 2019

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Mark Press who is wanted for a $25,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Deferral.

 

On June 24, 2017, at about 4:58 p.m., the victim was sitting with his family at a picnic table at Ala Moana Beach Park when two males approached them. The victim asked the males to leave at which time an argument ensued. One of the males then stabbed the victim with a knife while the other male threatened the victim with a broken glass bottle. Police were notified and was able to locate both males nearby. The male who threatened the victim with the broken glass bottle was identified as Mark Press. He was placed under arrest for Terroristic Threatening in the First Degree.

 

Press has no prior conviction and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Jeremee Smith who is wanted for a $25,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Drug Court.

 

On December 12, 2012 at approximately 7:30 p.m., the complainant was in the bedroom of her Ewa Beach home when she observed flashlights beaming from another portion of the home. The complainant called her family members to check on the home at which time they located two males walking out of the property carrying items belonging to the complainant. Police were notified and placed both males under arrest for Burglary in the First Degree. One of the males was identified as Jeremee Smith.

 

Smith has no prior conviction and is known to frequent the Kaneohe area.

September 09, 2019

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Faustino Litulumar who is wanted for a $20,000 Cash Only Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Probation.

 

On July 29, 2018 at about 1:23 a.m., the victim was riding his skateboard on Ala Wai Boulevard when a male holding a knife jumped in front of him and began to make stabbing motions at him. The victim was able to fend the male off with his skateboard and run away. Police were notified and was able to locate the male nearby. The male who was identified as Faustino Litulumar, was subsequently placed under arrest for Terroristic Threatening in the First Degree.

 

Litulumar has three prior convictions and is known to frequent the Wahiawa area.

Wanted Fugitive: Lauren Kaehuaea
June 17, 2019

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Lauren Kaehuaea who is wanted for a $20,000 cash only bench warrant for Failure to Appear for HOPE Hearing on 3/19/19.

 

On June 15, 2015, at approximately 2:12 p.m., an employee of the Kapolei Safeway store observed a male to enter the store then select and conceal four bottles of Tequila into his bag. The male then attempted to leave the store without making payment for the items. The employee tried to stop the male but the male punched the employee’s face at which time a struggle ensued for the bag. Another employee was able to recover three of the bottles but the male smashed the fourth bottle onto the ground then fled.  Police were notified and was able to locate the male nearby. The male, who was identified as Lauren Kaehuaea, was subsequently placed under arrest for Robbery in the Second Degree.  

 

Kaehuaea has 4 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Waianae area.

Wanted Fugitive: Jarrett Treu
May 11, 2019

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Jarrett Treu who is wanted for an $11,000 Warrant of Arrest for Burglary in the Second Degree and Unauthorized Control of Propelled Vehicle.

 

On September 26, 2018, the complainant discovered that someone had broken into his Waianae area business, took property and fled in the company van. The complainant reviewed the security footage and observed an unknown male in the video. Police were notified and through the investigation, the male was identified as Jarrett Treu. He is now wanted for Burglary in the Second Degree and Unauthorized Control of Propelled Vehicle.   

 

Treu has no prior conviction and is known to frequent the Kapolei area.

Wanted Fugitive: Brandon K. HARDING
June 16, 2018

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Brandon Harding who is wanted for a $80,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Hearing on May 1, 2018.

 

On August 5, 2017, a male checked into the Hyatt Waikiki Hotel and provided the front desk clerk with an identification card and a credit card bearing his name. The male later checked out of the hotel on August 11, 2017 with a total bill of $3,461.41.  When an employee of the Hyatt later tried to finalize the males account, they discovered that the credit card that the male used was fraudulent and flagged his name in the hotel’s computer. On August 21, 2017, the same male returned to the Hyatt and tried to check in. Police were notified and placed the male, later identified as Brandon Harding, under arrest for Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card and Theft in the Second Degree.    

 

Harding has no prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

May 19, 2018

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Michael Warner who is wanted for a $25,000 bench warrant for Failure to Appear Hearing on April 25, 2018.

 

 On November 6, 2016 at about 11:30 p.m., the complainant was inside of a Waikiki night club when someone stole her purse from on top of a bar counter.  On November 7, 2016, at about 9:00 p.m., the complainant used her sister’s phone to try and track down her phone that was in her stolen purse.  Upon pinging the phone, they were able to track it down to the Fort Derussy beach area. They then heard the audible sound of the phone coming from the back pocket of a male that was laying on the beach. Police were notified and upon detaining the male with the complainant’s phone, he was found to be in possession of the complainant’s credit cards. The male, who was identified as Michael Warner, was subsequently placed under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree and Unauthorized Possession of Confidential Personal Information.

Warner has no prior conviction and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

Wanted Fugitive: Ernesto Alcala
March 24, 2018

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Ernesto Alcala Jr. who is wanted for a $50,000 bench warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Deferral.

 

On November 25, 2013, at approximately 6:40 p.m., a Loss Prevention Officer for the Army and Air Force Exchange Service or AAFES, a retail establishment, observed a male browsing at items in the store. The Loss Prevention Officer recognized the male as someone who had previously been arrested for theft several months prior. The male was later observed to select a Bose speaker box and LG DVD player then place them into a shopping cart. The male then proceeded to the garden section and threw the Bose speaker and LG DVD player over the wall to his friend who then placed them into a vehicle. Police were notified and the male who threw the items over the wall was identified as Ernesto Alcala Jr..  Alcala was subsequently placed under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree.

 

Alcala has no prior conviction and is known to frequent the Wahiawa area.

Wanted Fugitive: Chenhui XIONG
February 03, 2018

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Chenhui Xiong who is wanted for a $100,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Probation.

                                               

On March 6, 2017 at about 7:50 p.m., a male entered the Waikiki Yves Saint Laurent store and selected two men’s bags from the sales floor. The male then provided the employee a Visa credit card for payment but the card was declined. The male then provided an American Express credit card for payment but that card was also declined. The employee then called the Visa Merchant Authorization Center at which time he was told that the credit card was not valid. The employee became suspicious and contacted the police. The male, who was later identified as Chenhui Xiong, was subsequently placed under arrest for two counts of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card.

 

Chenhui Xiong has no prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

Wanted Fugitive: Joeson J. MONGKEYA
October 21, 2017

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Joeson Mongkeya who is wanted for a $100,000 Grand Jury Bench Warrant for three counts of Sex Assault in the Second Degree.

On May 28, 2014, at about 8:00 a.m., Joeson Mongkeya befriended a female and gave her an alcoholic beverage. Mongkeya then sexually assaulted the victim numerous times. The victim reported the incident to a family member who then contacted police. Mongkeya was later located and placed under arrest for Sex Assault in the Second Degree. 

He has eight prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

Wanted Fugitive: Tovaega MAILAELO
April 15, 2017

Tovaega Mailealo who is wanted for a $250,000 Grand Jury warrant.

 

 The complainant who is in her eighties and resides at the Kahala Nui Senior Living Home was having her taxes done when discrepancies in her checking account were found. Through investigation with the bank the complainant’s niece observed ninety-four checks written out to Mailealo had been stolen, forged and deposited into Mailealo’s account between April 26, 2011 and March 4, 2013.

 

A police report was made and Mailealo fled the state. She is wanted for Identity Theft in the First Degree and Theft in the First Degree.

Wanted Fugitive: Garrett JENNINGS
February 11, 2017

Garret Jennings who is wanted for a $50,000 Contempt warrant for failure to appear for Jury Selection on December 13, 2016.

 

On October 14, 2006, the complainant met the suspect Jennings on the internet and invited him to stay at a Waikiki hotel.  They got into an argument while out at a bar and upon returning to his hotel room found that numerous items were missing. One of the items a laptop was located on December 2, 2006, at a pawn shop and positively identified by the complainant. The records from the pawn shop showed that it had been brought in by Jennings on October 16, 2006.

Jennings was later located and placed under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree.  Jennings has seven prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

Wanted Fugitive: Christine BRAY AKA Christine LANE
May 07, 2016

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Christine Bray who is wanted for a $20,000 cash only Probation Revocation warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions for HOPE probation.

 

On March 7, 2014, the complainant who is a supervisor for Child Welfare Services was assigned to do a home visit on a child that was placed in temporary custody of her parents. When she arrived at the home she was informed by a family member that the child had been taken to Florida by her parents.  Information was received through investigation of their whereabouts in Florida.  Child Welfare Services in Florida located the child, took custody, and she was returned to Honolulu.   Bray was charged with Custodial Interference in the First Degree.

Wanted Fugitive: Sherwin DIAZ
March 19, 2016

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Sherwin Diaz who is wanted for two warrants totaling $100,000 for failure to appear for DAG/Sentencing on January 8, 2016.


On August 15, 2004, the complainant left her residence on Ohialoke Street at approximately 8 a.m., and returned several hours later to find that her home had been broken into. Police dusted the residence for fingerprints and through investigation found that the prints belonged to Diaz.  He was later located and placed under arrest for Burglary in the First Degree.


On August 29, 2004, at approximately 8:30 a.m., the complainant returned to his residence on Kaluanui Road and parked his vehicle in his garage.  At approximately 10:30 a.m., the complainant discovered his vehicle missing and called the police.  Through investigation Diaz was locate d and arrested for Burglary in the First Degree, and Unauthorized Control of a Propelled Vehicle.
