CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Chenhui Xiong who is wanted for a $100,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Probation.
On March 6, 2017 at about 7:50 p.m., a male entered the Waikiki Yves Saint Laurent store and selected two men’s bags from the sales floor. The male then provided the employee a Visa credit card for payment but the card was declined. The male then provided an American Express credit card for payment but that card was also declined. The employee then called the Visa Merchant Authorization Center at which time he was told that the credit card was not valid. The employee became suspicious and contacted the police. The male, who was later identified as Chenhui Xiong, was subsequently placed under arrest for two counts of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card.
Chenhui Xiong has no prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Joeson Mongkeya who is wanted for a $100,000 Grand Jury Bench Warrant for three counts of Sex Assault in the Second Degree.
On May 28, 2014, at about 8:00 a.m., Joeson Mongkeya befriended a female and gave her an alcoholic beverage. Mongkeya then sexually assaulted the victim numerous times. The victim reported the incident to a family member who then contacted police. Mongkeya was later located and placed under arrest for Sex Assault in the Second Degree.
He has eight prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.
Tovaega Mailealo who is wanted for a $250,000 Grand Jury warrant.
The complainant who is in her eighties and resides at the Kahala Nui Senior Living Home was having her taxes done when discrepancies in her checking account were found. Through investigation with the bank the complainant’s niece observed ninety-four checks written out to Mailealo had been stolen, forged and deposited into Mailealo’s account between April 26, 2011 and March 4, 2013.
A police report was made and Mailealo fled the state. She is wanted for Identity Theft in the First Degree and Theft in the First Degree.

On March 7, 2014, the complainant who is a supervisor for Child Welfare Services was assigned to do a home visit on a child that was placed in temporary custody of her parents. When she arrived at the home she was informed by a family member that the child had been taken to

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Sherwin Diaz who is wanted for two warrants totaling $100,000 for failure to appear for DAG/Sentencing on January 8, 2016.
On August 15, 2004, the complainant left her residence on Ohialoke Street at approximately 8 a.m., and returned several hours later to find that her home had been broken into. Police dusted the residence for fingerprints and through investigation found that the prints belonged to Diaz. He was later located and placed under arrest for Burglary in the First Degree.
On August 29, 2004, at approximately 8:30 a.m., the complainant returned to his residence on Kaluanui Road and parked his vehicle in his garage. At approximately 10:30 a.m., the complainant discovered his vehicle missing and called the police. Through investigation Diaz was locate d and arrested for Burglary in the First Degree, and Unauthorized Control of a Propelled Vehicle.

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public`s assistance in locating Gregory Kwik who is wanted for two $50,000 Contempt warrants for failure to appear for trial on April 9, 2014.
From October 30, 2012, through November 1, 2012, Kwik deposited checks from Central Pacific Bank to Hawaii National Bank checking account. The check from CPB came back to Hawaii National Bank as insufficient funds and resubmitted. The check was returned the second time as account closed. Kwik returned to the bank and deposited a check from Wells Fargo Bank and made cash withdrawals. The check was later found to be a counterfeit and Kwik was contacted to pay back the money. After several attempts to contact Kwik police were called and a theft case was initiated. The case was turned over to the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney who accepted the case and charged Kwik with Theft in the Second Degree, and Forgery in the Second Degree.
On November 1, 2012, at approximately 4:00 p.m., a male entered Money Mart located on Atkinson Drive and attempted to cash a check from the Kahala Hotel. The cashier called the hotel to verify the check and found that the check was a counterfeit. Police were notified and identified the male as Kwik. He was arrested for Forgery in the Second Degree, and Attempted Theft in the Second Degree.
