Wanted Fugitive: Chance Dixson
October 30, 2021

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Chance Dixson who is wanted for an $11,000 Warrant of Arrest for Assault in the Second Degree.   

 

On April 10, 2021 at about 11:00 p.m., the victim was working as a nurse in the Emergency Room of Queen’s Hospital when a male arrived with a large laceration above his eye. As the medical staff prepared the male to have his laceration stitched, the male became irate and assaulted the victim. Police were notified and placed the male, who was identified as Chance Dixson, under arrest for Assault in the Second Degree.

 

Dixson has no prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

On June 30, 2018 at about 12:13 p.m., the victim was working as a nurse in a hospital in the Kaneohe area when a female approached her and punched her numerous times causing her to sustain injuries. Police were notified and placed the female, who was identified as Silia Tuimavave, under arrest for Assault in the Second Degree.

September 13, 2021

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Marion Beason who is wanted for a $25,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Supervised Release.

 

On August 2, 2020 at approximately 3:13 p.m., a male walked into a high end retail store in the Ala Moana shopping center and walked out with a handbag valued at $4,900 without making payment for it. The male then entered another high end store in the Waikiki area and took a handbag valued at over $2,600. The male then entered a third high end store in the Waikiki area but the employees had already been alerted of the previous thefts. Police were notified and placed the male, who was identified as Marion Beason, under arrest for two counts of Theft in the Second Degree.

 

Beason has no prior conviction and has no known local address.

Wanted Fugitive: Luke Watak
July 12, 2021

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Luke Watak who is wanted for a $25,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Motion on Deferred Acceptance of No Contest Plea on 7/1/21.

 

On December 17, 2019 at about 12:26 a.m., the two victims were walking in the Nuuanu area when they were approached by a male. The male demanded their property and threatened them with physical harm and also gestured that he had a firearm. The male then took their property and fled the scene. Police were notified and was able to locate the male nearby. The male who was identified as Luke Watak was subsequently placed under arrest for Robbery in the Second Degree.

On May 6, 2019 at about 6:00 a.m., the victim was sitting down in the parking lot of a storage facility in the Kaimuki area when a male approached him. The male then kicked his face and struck him with an object causing him to suffer a nasal bone fracture and a concussion. Police were notified and through the investigation, the suspect was identified as Robert Root. He was later located and placed under arrest for Assault in the Second Degree.

Wanted Fugitive: Pariss Gary
May 17, 2021

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Pariss Gary who is wanted for a $25,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear at Sentencing on 5/5/21.

 

On May 20, 2020 at approximately 12:18 p.m., two repossession agents located a white BMW that they were trying to repossess in the Mililani area. As they were following the BMW in two of their own vehicles, the driver of the BMW rammed their vehicle’s causing damages to both of their vehicles and injuries to one of the agents. Police were notified and placed the male driver, later identified as Pariss Gary, under arrest for two counts of Criminal Property Damage in the First Degree.

 

Gary has no prior conviction and is known to frequent the Mililani area.

May 15, 2021

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Franklin Houser who is wanted for an $11,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Probation.  

 

On January 7, 2020 at about 2:10 p.m., the victim was involved in an argument with a male in the Waipahu area. As the argument escalated, the male stabbed the victim’s hand and as she tried to get away, he stabbed her in the chest. The male then fled when she began to scream for help.  A witness was able to follow the male and flag down an officer. The male, who was identified as Franklin Houser, was subsequently placed under arrest for Attempted Murder in the Second Degree and Assault in the Second Degree.

 

Houser has 1 prior conviction and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Kiakahi Bowens-Domingo who is wanted for a $20,000 Cash Only Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Probation.

 

On May 13, 2018 at approximately 6:00 p.m., the victim had just exited the restroom inside of a shopping complex in the Aiea area when she was approached by a male who asked her for money. When the victim refused, the male showed a video on his cellular phone of the victim nude from waist down and using the toilet. The victim informed a security guard who was able to detain the male and notify police. The male, who was identified as Kiakahi Bowens-Domingo, was subsequently placed under arrest for Violation of Privacy in the First Degree.

November 02, 2020

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Dominic James who is wanted for a $20,000 cash only warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of HOPE Probation.

 

On June 17, 2014, at about 2:30 p.m., a male had been discharged from the Queen’s Hospital emergency room when he began to argue with security about his drug paraphernalia that had been confiscated. The male then removed an item from his backpack and threw it at a security window causing it to shatter. The damages were estimated to be about $2,500. Police were notified and placed the male, who was identified as Dominic James, under arrest for Criminal Property Damage in the Second Degree.

Police were notified and placed the male, later identified as Danny Overturn, under arrest for Assault in the Second Degree.

Wanted Fugitive: Paul Rodriguez
May 16, 2020

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Paul Rodriguez who is wanted for a $20,000 Cash Only Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Probation.

 

On November 21, 2017 at about 9:45 p.m., the victim was on the city bus in the Waialae area when a male passenger offered her money for sex. The victim refused the males offer and got off the bus. As the victim was walking down Waialae Avenue, she was grabbed from behind and forced under a bus shelter where a male attempted to sexually assault her. The victim observed that the suspect was the same male that had been propositioning her in the bus. The victim was able to escape and call for police. Through the investigation, the suspect was identified as Paul Rodriguez. He was later located and placed under arrest for Attempted Sexual Assault in the Third Degree.

 

Rodriguez has 6 prior convictions and has no known local address.

January 25, 2020

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Alexander Takeo who is wanted for a $20,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Probation.  

 

On September 8, 2018 at approximately 3:30 p.m., the victim was walking inside of Aala Park when he was confronted by a male who was carrying a machete. The male swung the machete at the victim causing him to sustain injuries.  The male later chased the victim with the machete causing him to feel threatened. Police were notified and placed the male, who was identified as Alexander Takeo, under arrest for Assault in the Second Degree and Terroristic Threatening in the First Degree.

On September 26, 2012 at about 2:10 p.m., the victim was in her apartment in the Ala Moana area when a male began to knock on her door. The victim told the male to leave at which time he kicked in the front door and entered the apartment. The victim ran outside to her patio and tried to call 911 but the male grabbed her phone and threw it over the railing. The male then grabbed the victim causing her to sustain bruises to her arm and leg. Police were notified and through the investigation, the male was identified as Lorne Palisbo. He was later located and placed under arrest for Burglary in the First Degree.

 

Palisbo has 26 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

He was later located and placed under arrest for Robbery in the Second Degree.

The male who was identified as Faustino Litulumar, was subsequently placed under arrest for Terroristic Threatening in the First Degree.

On September 26, 2018, the complainant discovered that someone had broken into his Waianae area business, took property and fled in the company van. The complainant reviewed the security footage and observed an unknown male in the video. Police were notified and through the investigation, the male was identified as Jarrett Treu. He is now wanted for Burglary in the Second Degree and Unauthorized Control of Propelled Vehicle.

June 16, 2018

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Brandon Harding who is wanted for a $80,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Hearing on May 1, 2018.

 

On August 5, 2017, a male checked into the Hyatt Waikiki Hotel and provided the front desk clerk with an identification card and a credit card bearing his name. The male later checked out of the hotel on August 11, 2017 with a total bill of $3,461.41.  When an employee of the Hyatt later tried to finalize the males account, they discovered that the credit card that the male used was fraudulent and flagged his name in the hotel’s computer. On August 21, 2017, the same male returned to the Hyatt and tried to check in. Police were notified and placed the male, later identified as Brandon Harding, under arrest for Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card and Theft in the Second Degree.    

 

Harding has no prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

May 19, 2018

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Michael Warner who is wanted for a $25,000 bench warrant for Failure to Appear Hearing on April 25, 2018.

 

 On November 6, 2016 at about 11:30 p.m., the complainant was inside of a Waikiki night club when someone stole her purse from on top of a bar counter.  On November 7, 2016, at about 9:00 p.m., the complainant used her sister’s phone to try and track down her phone that was in her stolen purse.  Upon pinging the phone, they were able to track it down to the Fort Derussy beach area. They then heard the audible sound of the phone coming from the back pocket of a male that was laying on the beach. Police were notified and upon detaining the male with the complainant’s phone, he was found to be in possession of the complainant’s credit cards. The male, who was identified as Michael Warner, was subsequently placed under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree and Unauthorized Possession of Confidential Personal Information.

Warner has no prior conviction and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

March 24, 2018

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Ernesto Alcala Jr. who is wanted for a $50,000 bench warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Deferral.

 

On November 25, 2013, at approximately 6:40 p.m., a Loss Prevention Officer for the Army and Air Force Exchange Service or AAFES, a retail establishment, observed a male browsing at items in the store. The Loss Prevention Officer recognized the male as someone who had previously been arrested for theft several months prior. The male was later observed to select a Bose speaker box and LG DVD player then place them into a shopping cart. The male then proceeded to the garden section and threw the Bose speaker and LG DVD player over the wall to his friend who then placed them into a vehicle. Police were notified and the male who threw the items over the wall was identified as Ernesto Alcala Jr..  Alcala was subsequently placed under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree.

 

Alcala has no prior conviction and is known to frequent the Wahiawa area.

February 03, 2018

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Chenhui Xiong who is wanted for a $100,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Probation.

                                               

On March 6, 2017 at about 7:50 p.m., a male entered the Waikiki Yves Saint Laurent store and selected two men’s bags from the sales floor. The male then provided the employee a Visa credit card for payment but the card was declined. The male then provided an American Express credit card for payment but that card was also declined. The employee then called the Visa Merchant Authorization Center at which time he was told that the credit card was not valid. The employee became suspicious and contacted the police. The male, who was later identified as Chenhui Xiong, was subsequently placed under arrest for two counts of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card.

 

Chenhui Xiong has no prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.
