Wanted Fugitive: Adam MANUEL (2017/09/02)

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Adam Manuel who is wanted for two Probation Revocation warrants totaling $85,000 for failure to comply with terms and conditions of released on bail, recognizance, or supervised release.

 

On October 17, 2015, the complainant’s truck was stolen from while he was surfing at Ala Moan Beach Park. In his vehicle was his wallet containing credit cards. The complainant called the credit card company and was told that the card had been used at Macy’s located in the Pearlridge Shopping Center.  The detective assigned to the case reviewed video surveillance from Macy’s and recognized the person using the card from prior contacts as Manuel.  Manuel was located and placed under arrest for Identity Theft in the Second Degree, Theft in the Second Degree, Identity Theft in the Third Degree, Theft in the Third Degree, and Unauthorized Possession of Confidential Personal Information.  

 

On May 23, 2016, the complainant parked her vehicle on Kaonohi Street and upon returning a few hours later found that her front driver’s side window was shattered and her purse missing from the back seat.  The complainant called her credit card company and was notified that the card had just been used at the Pearl City Wal-Mart.  Video surveillance from Wal-Mart was reviewed and Manuel was positively identified. He was located on July 28, 2016, and placed under arrest for Identity theft in the Third Degree,, Unauthorized Possession of Confidential Personal Information, and Theft three exceeding $100.00.

He has thirteen prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

Wanted Fugitive: Dennis Ramirez (2017/08/19)

Dennis Ramirez who is wanted for a $150,000Contempt warrant for failure to appear for sentencing on July 25, 2017.

 

On May 13, 2016, at approximately 1:25 a.m., officers were working an operation in the Waipahu area monitoring construction zones to due high thefts.  They stopped a vehicle in the area and while speaking to the driver he appeared nervous and attempted to reach in jacket pocket.  The officer observed a silhouette of a gun and recovered it for safety purposes. The male was positively identified as Ramirez and was found to be a convicted felon. He was placed under arrest for Place to Keep Pistol or Revolver, and Ownership or Possession Prohibited of any Firearm or Ammunition by a Person Convicted of Certain Crimes. While being searched due the arrest drugs and drug paraphernalia was found on his person.  He was subsequently placed under arrest for Promoting a Dangerous Drug in the Third Degree, and Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia.

He has twelve prior convictions and is known to frequent the Kaneohe area.

Watned Fugitive: Sales RELLER AKA: Sanchez PACO (2017/08/05)

Francis Reller who is wanted for a $100,000 Contempt warrant for failure to appear for Trial Call on Monday, July 3, 2017.

 

On October 22, 2016, the complainant was walking on Maunakea Street when he observed a male and female acquaintance standing by his bicycle.  The male approached the complainant and demanded his fanny pack. When the complainant refused, he was struck multiple times by the male and his fanny pack was forcibly taken. The complainant was able to obtain the license number of the suspect’s vehicle and provided information to the police.

 

On October 31, 2016, the male suspect was located on Kalena Drive, Positively identified as Sales Reller, and placed under arrest for Robbery in the Second Degree.  He has ten prior convictions and is known tor frequent the Honolulu area.

Wanted Fugitive: Patrick Gouveia (2017/07/29)

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Patrick Gouveia who is wanted for a $20,000 Probation Revocation warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of HOPE probation.
 
On November 24, 2008, at approximately 2:05 a.m., officers were sent to an alarm call at a construction site on Honua Street.  Upon their arrival they observed two males running from the trailers on the property and several trailers with the doors opened.   Officers searched the area and located the two males. One of the males was positively identified as Gouviea and placed under arrest for Burglary in the Second Degree.  Gouviea has eleven prior convictions and is known to frequent the Waianae area.

Wanted Fugitive: Ronald Hirouji (2017/06/24)

Ronald Hirouji who is wanted for a $100,000 Probation revocation warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of probation.

 

On March 12, 2016, at approximately 11:26 a.m., a loss prevention agent for Nieman Marcus observed a male in the Women’s Designer Department remove a Burberry jacket and place it in an empty Macy’s bag that he was carrying. The male exited the store without making payment and was stopped and detained outside of the store by the agent. Police were called and he was positively identified as Hirouji and placed under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree.  Hirouji was searched due to the arrest and drugs and drug paraphernalia were found on his person. He was arrested for Promoting a Dangerous Drug in the Third Degree, and Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia.  He has twenty four prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

Wanted Fugitive: Cedrick RICHARDSON (2017/06/10)

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Cedrick Richardson who is wanted for a $200,000 Grand Jury Warrant.

 

On September 7, 2014, an altercation between two groups of people occurred at a night club on South Pauahi Street.  Security for the establishment broke of the parties involved and one party left the club. The victim was one of the males breaking up the altercation and was confronted by Richardson outside. The victim attempted to calm Richardson down when he was shot in the chest area. Richardson fled on foot on Bethel Street towards Nuuanu Avenue when security from another establishment observed Richardson running with what appeared to be a firearm in his hand. He gave chase and observed Richardson discard a handgun prior to the police officers arriving and stopping both males.  Richardson was positively identified by witnesses and the victim and placed under arrest for Attempted Murder in the Second Degree, Carrying or Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Separate Felony, Place to keep Pistol or Revolver, and Possession of Prohibited Detachable Ammunition magazine. He has no prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

Wanted Fugitive: Tori SAMIERE (2017/05/20)

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Tori Samiere who is wanted for a $50,000 cash only Probation Revocation warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of HOPE probation.

 

On May 6, 2014, the complainant was contacted by his bank about possible fraudulent charges on his credit card at the Safeway located in Hawaii Kai. He contacted the police and made a police report.  During the investigation the officer recovered video from Safeway and observed a female enter the store and proceed to the gift card section. She selected various cards and proceeded to the check out where she presented a MasterCard. The cashier attempted to swipe the card several times and also attempted to enter the numbers manually.  The female left store after the card was denied.   The officer received another report from Safeway located on South Beretania Street and recovered surveillance video depicting the same female attempting to purchase gift cards.  Samiere was positively identified in both vehicles by an officer who had previously encountered her on another case.  On June 2, 2014, Samiere was located in Waikiki and placed under arrest for Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card, Identity Theft in the Second Degree, Unauthorized Possession of Confidential Personal Information, and Theft in the Second Degree.  She has four prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

Wanted Fugitive: Tovaega MAILAELO (2017/04/15)

Tovaega Mailealo who is wanted for a $250,000 Grand Jury warrant.

 

 The complainant who is in her eighties and resides at the Kahala Nui Senior Living Home was having her taxes done when discrepancies in her checking account were found. Through investigation with the bank the complainant’s niece observed ninety-four checks written out to Mailealo had been stolen, forged and deposited into Mailealo’s account between April 26, 2011 and March 4, 2013.

 

A police report was made and Mailealo fled the state. She is wanted for Identity Theft in the First Degree and Theft in the First Degree.

Wanted Fugitive: Donovan Palauni (2017/04/08)

Donovan Palauni who is wanted for a$75,000Probation Revocation Warrant for violating the terms and conditions of his probation.

 

On December 13, 2014, at approximately 3:18 p.m., two males entered Sammy’s Mini Mart and used physical force on two female employees to obtain money. One of the males held an employee while the other searched the safe and counter area.  Video surveillance was reviewed and Palauni was identified as a possible suspect. A photographic lineup was conducted with both victims who positively identified Palauni. He was located and placed under arrest for Robbery in the Second Degree. He has four prior convictions and is known to frequent the Wahiawa area.

Wanted Fugitive: Lalita BOCK (2017/03/25)

Lalita Bock who is wanted for a $30,000 Contempt warrant for failure to appear for sentencing on April 12, 2016.

 

On June 19, 2015, under cover officers were performing a vice sting operation on prostitution in the Waikiki area. One of the officers met Bock at a Waikiki hotel where Bock offered her services for a fee. The officer attempted to arrest Bock and a struggle ensued between them. Bock bit the officer and continued to struggle until the arrest team entered the room.  Bock was placed under arrest for Assault Against Law Enforcement Officer in the First Degree, and Prostitution.

Wanted Fugitive: Anthony DOMINGUEZ (2017/03/04)

Anthony Dominguez who is wanted for two $50,000 cash only Contempt warrants for failure to appear for HOPE warning hearing on

June 1, 2016.

 

On June 4, 2013, Dominguez went to auto dealer ship located on South Berertania Street and asked to test drive an Audi.  He left the lot and did not return at the specified time and auto theft was initiated. On June 6, 2013, an officer stopped the Audi on Liliha Street and placed all four occupants under arrest and transported them to the Kalihi Police station to be interviewed. During the interview Dominguez was identified as the person who stole the vehicle.

 

On September 3, 2013, the complainant received a call from the property manager at Cathedral Point that two vehicles that he was responsible for were being tampered with by three people. The complainant drove to the area and confronted the three people, and noticed that both of the vehicles that he had power of attorney over were entered and searched. Police arrived and one of the males was positively identified as Dominguez and placed under arrest for two counts of Unauthorized Entry Into a Motor Vehicle in the First Degree.

 

While incarcerated at OCCC he was also placed under arrest for Unauthorized Control of a Propelled Vehicle that occurred on June 4, 2013.  He ahs seven prior convictions and is known to frequent the Kailua area.

Wanted Fugitive: Garrett JENNINGS (2017/02/11)

Garret Jennings who is wanted for a $50,000 Contempt warrant for failure to appear for Jury Selection on December 13, 2016.

 

On October 14, 2006, the complainant met the suspect Jennings on the internet and invited him to stay at a Waikiki hotel.  They got into an argument while out at a bar and upon returning to his hotel room found that numerous items were missing. One of the items a laptop was located on December 2, 2006, at a pawn shop and positively identified by the complainant. The records from the pawn shop showed that it had been brought in by Jennings on October 16, 2006.

Jennings was later located and placed under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree.  Jennings has seven prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

Wanted Fugitive: Pumehana De Cambra (2016/10/22)

Pumehana De Cambra who is wanted for a $25,000 Deferred Acceptance Revocation warrant for violating the terms and conditions of his probation.

 

 On May 11, 2012, the complainant went to her bank and found that numerous unauthorized withdrawals were made from her checking and savings account.  A police report was generated and video surveillance at the bank showed a male identified as DeCambra making withdrawals with the complainant’s credit/debit card.  DeCambra was identified as a neighbor who had helped the complainant at her home.  He was contacted by the detective, located and placed under arrest for Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card, Unauthorized Possession of Confidential Personal Information, Theft in the Second Degree, Identity Theft in the Second Degree, and Credit Card Theft.  He is known to frequent the Waianae area.

Wanted Fugitive: Mariah AGUIRRE (2016/09/24)

Mariah Aguirre who is wanted for two $20,000 cash only Probation Revocation warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of HOPE probation.

 

On June 30, 2010, at approximately 12:00 p.m., the complainant left his apartment on Waialae Avenue and returned at 2 p.m., to find that his apartment had been burglarized and his red Mitsubishi truck was taken.

On July 7, 2010, at approximately 7:15 a.m., an officer making checks of Kualoa Beach Park observed a truck with an expired safety sticker and ran a check. He found that the vehicle had been reported stolen and conducted a traffic stop on Kahekili Highway. One of the passengers in the vehicle was identified as Aguirre and placed under arrest for Burglary in the First Degree, Promoting a Dangerous Drug in the Third Degree, Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia, and Unlawful Entry into a Motor Vehicle. She was subsequently arrested for Theft in the Second Degree when an Ipad and a receipt with the complainant’s credit card was found on her person. She has two prior convictions and is known to frequent the Haleiwa area.

Wanted Fugitive: Alezandra PACLIB (2016/09/17)

Alezandra Paclib who is wanted for a $20,000 cash only Probation Revocation warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of HOPE probation.

 

On July 25, 2012, at approximately 2 p.m., the complainant left her residence on Victoria Street and returned at 4 p.m., to find that it had been burglarized. The complainant along with a police officer reviewed the surveillance video from the building and one of the suspects was recognized and identified as Paclib. She was located on September 25, 2012, and placed under arrest for Burglary in the First Degree.  Paclib has twenty four prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

Wanted Fugitive: Leighton KANAE (2016/07/09)

Leighton Kane who is wanted for a $20,000 cash only Probation Revocation warrant for failure to appear for a hearing on Motion for Modification of the terms and conditions of his probation on May 27, 2016.

 

On December 20, 2012, at approximately 12:30 p.m., an officer driving on Kinau Street observed a male holding a pair of wire cutters and a coat hanger while attempting to make entry into the driver’s side door of a parked Toyota Tacoma.  As the officer stopped to confront the male, he fled into a nearby apartment building. The officer was able to locate the male as he entered one of the apartments and identified him as Kanae.  The officer ran a check of the Tacoma and found that it was an outstanding stolen vehicle and placed Kanae under arrest for Attempted Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle in the First Degree.

 

He has twenty prior convictions and is known to frequent Honolulu, and Maui.

Wanted Fugitive: Joshua ESPINOZA (2016/06/11)

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Joshua Espinoza who is wanted for three $50,000 Contempt warrants for failure to appear for hearing on Motion for Modification of terms and conditions of probation on May 11, 2016.

 

On May 25, 2007, the complainant was contacted by her neighbor that her garage door was open. She contacted her son who went to the parking lot at his office and found that his vehicle had been stolen.  On May 27, 2007, the complainant was cleaning her home and found a cigarette butt that was left behind. She submitted it to the police officer who ran a DNA check which positively matched Espinoza. He was located and placed under arrest for Burglary in the First Degree.

 

On June 22, 2010, three males entered the Nordstrom store located in the Ala Moana Shopping center, proceeded to the women’s handbag department, selected 11 handbags, and then all fled without making payment. Surveillance video was reviewed by officers who recognized one of the males as Espinoza. He was later located and placed under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree.

 

On August 19, 2014, an officer recognized Espinoza in a vehicle that had parked next to him on Hekaha Street. The officer ran a check and found that he had two outstanding warrants. Espinoza attempted to hide from the officer but was located nearby. He was placed under arrest for the warrants and while searching him due to the arrest the officer observed a black nylon bag that Espinoza had discarded and attempted to hide behind a rear tire of a parked vehicle. The bag had drugs and drug paraphernalia in plain view. Espinoza was subsequently arrested for Promoting a Dangerous Drug in the Third Degree, and Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia.  He has eleven prior convictions and is known to frequent the Waianae and Waipahu areas.

Wanted Fugitive: Christine BRAY AKA Christine LANE (2016/05/07)

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Christine Bray who is wanted for a $20,000 cash only Probation Revocation warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions for HOPE probation.

 

On March 7, 2014, the complainant who is a supervisor for Child Welfare Services was assigned to do a home visit on a child that was placed in temporary custody of her parents. When she arrived at the home she was informed by a family member that the child had been taken to Florida by her parents.  Information was received through investigation of their whereabouts in Florida.  Child Welfare Services in Florida located the child, took custody, and she was returned to Honolulu.   Bray was charged with Custodial Interference in the First Degree.

Wanted Fugitive: Sherwin DIAZ (2016/03/19)

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Sherwin Diaz who is wanted for two warrants totaling $100,000 for failure to appear for DAG/Sentencing on January 8, 2016.


On August 15, 2004, the complainant left her residence on Ohialoke Street at approximately 8 a.m., and returned several hours later to find that her home had been broken into. Police dusted the residence for fingerprints and through investigation found that the prints belonged to Diaz.  He was later located and placed under arrest for Burglary in the First Degree.


On August 29, 2004, at approximately 8:30 a.m., the complainant returned to his residence on Kaluanui Road and parked his vehicle in his garage.  At approximately 10:30 a.m., the complainant discovered his vehicle missing and called the police.  Through investigation Diaz was locate d and arrested for Burglary in the First Degree, and Unauthorized Control of a Propelled Vehicle.

Wanted Fugitive: Gabriel PALOLO (2016/02/06)

Palolo who is wanted for five Probation Revocation warrants totaling $250,000 for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of Supervised Release.

 

On July 26, 2012, and April 3, 2013, Palolo violated a Temporary Restraining Order by contacting and threatening the complainant by phone and text. He was located and placed under arrest for Terroristic Threatening in the First Degree.

 

On March 27, 2015, an on duty officer stopped at a red light on Young Street and Pensacola Street observed a gray Jeep pass through the intersection and the male driver not wearing a seat belt.  The officer ran a check of the license plate and found that the vehicle had been reported stolen. The vehicle was stopped on Rycroft Street and the driver identified as Palolo was placed under arrest for Unauthorized Control of a Propelled Vehicle.

 

On May 23, 2015, through May 28, 2015, a male checked into a Waikiki Hotel and failed to check out at the scheduled time. The manager conducted a routine check of the room and found that the room had been damaged and drugs and drug paraphernalia were observed.   A copy of the credit card and identification was provided to the police. The owner of the credit card was contacted and stated that he did not authorize any charges at the hotel. The hotel contacted their sister hotels and sent the picture of the person who had registered at the hotel. On June 3, 2015, officers were called to another Waikiki hotel to remove a male who was not welcomed at their hotel. Through investigation the male was identified as Palolo and placed under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree, Fraudulent Use of a credit Card, Identity Theft in the Second Degree, Unauthorized  Possession of Confidential Personal Information, Forgery in the Second Degree, Promoting a Dangerous Drug in the Third Degree, and Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia.

 

On July 15, 2015, the complainant was contacted by her bank regarding a purchase of a vehicle. The complainant called the company and found that a male had signed all the documents to purchase a vehicle and provided identification with the complainant’s name. Through investigation the male was identified as Palolo and arrested for Identity Theft in the First Degree, Theft in the First Degree, Forgery in the Second Degree, and Unauthorized Possession of Confidential Personal Information.
