Dean Way is wanted for a $20,000 Contempt warrant for failure to appear for sentencing on July 10, 2013. On February 15, 2013, a male entered the Neiman Marcus Store located in the Ala Moana Shopping Center and was observed by a Loss Prevention officer in the Women’s Designer clothing area. The male was seen removing two Dolce Gabbana jackets and placing them into a Burberry shopping bag. The male exited the store without making payment and was stopped and detained for police. He was identified as Way and placed under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree. He ahs 10 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Pearl City area. Wanted as of 04/04/2017
