8/22/2015 - Wanted Fugitive: Roy Cruz-Keawe

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Roy Cruz-Keawe is wanted for a $20,000 cash only Probation Revocation warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of HOPE probation. 

On July 11, 2013, at approximately 1:35 p.m., officers stopped a vehicle on Paiwa Street for traffic violations and identified the drivers a Cruz-Keawe.  A computer check shoed the Cruz-Keawe did not have a valid driver’s license and three outstanding warrants. He was placed under arrest and searched prior to being seated in the back seat of the police vehicle.  In his pockets were a set of keys with a capsule attached to the ring.  The transporting officer observed Cruz-Keawe fidgeting in the back seat and stopped the vehicle. The officer searched the back seat and found that seat cover had been ripped and the cylindrical object from the key ring was now stuffed under the cover. The officer removed the object and found illegal drugs. Cruz-Keawe was then placed under arrest for Promoting a Dangerous Drug in the Third Degree.

8/15/2015 - Wanted Fugitive: Sheala PAPAS AKA Stephanie TRUMBLE

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Sheala Papas who is wanted for a $20,000 cash only Probation Revocation warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of HOPE probation.

 

On February 1, 2013, at approximately 2:15 p.m., the Loss Prevention Manager for the Downtown Macy’s observed a female in the fragrance department who was carrying two large bags and appeared nervous. The manager observed the female removed several fragrance sets from a display look around then placed the sets into one of the bags she was carrying. She did this several more times before heading to Fashion Jewelry section where she selected numerous pieces of jewelry and placed them into the same bag.  The female then exited the store without making payment and was stopped outside and detained for police. She was identified as Trumble and placed under arrest for Burglary in the Second Degree due to a being previously trespassed from the property.

Papas has one hundred sixteen prior convictions and is known to frequent the Waianae area.

7/4/2015 - Wanted Fugitive: Blaire VIELLA

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Blaire Viella who is wanted for a $20,000 cash only Probation Revocation warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of HOPE probation.

 

On May 25, 2013, the victim exited the restroom located at Palolo Valley District park and was confronted by a group of males. They blocked the exit and demanded that the victim empty his pockets. As the victim attempted to leave he was  knocked to the ground and his property forcibly removed from his pocket.

A witness confronted the group and they all fled on foot.  An OTS bus was parked near by and the driver related to officers that the males were on the bus earlier. Video surveillance from the bus was reviewed and officers were able to identify the males. One of the males was identified as Viella, located and placed under arrest for Robbery in the Second Degree.

 

Suspect:   Blaire Viella

6/24/2015 - Wanted Fugitive: Jonas PETER

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Joanes Peter who is wanted for a$20,000 cash only Probation Revocation warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of HOPE probation.

 

On January 30, 2012, at approximately 3:34 a.m., an officer was sent to the area of Olomea Street on a report of a vehicle alarm continuously going off.  Upon arrival the officer located the vehicle a Honda and observed a male exit the passenger side door.  The male fled on bicycle with the officer in pursuit but lost sight of him. The officer contacted the owner who related that items were missing from her vehicle.

On February 1, 2012, at approximately 10:45 p.m., the same officer was in the area of Pua Lane when he observed a male kneeling next to a parked vehicle. As he approached he recognized the male from the previous incident.  The male was stopped, identified as Peter and placed under arrest for Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle.  Peter has five prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

Weight:     214 lbs.

6/17/2015 - Wanted Fugitive: Ira JURY Jr.

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Ira Jury Jr. who is wanted for a $20,000 cash only Probation Revocation warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of HOPE probation.

 

On March 4, 2011, the victim and Jury got into an argument while driving on Karayan Street. Upon reaching the intersection of Karayan Street and Fort Weaver Road, Jury exited the vehicle and walked away.  While still at the intersection Jury returned and began kicking and punching the vehicle. A passerby flagged down an officer who proceeded to the area. Upon reaching the scene the officer observed Jury strike the driver’s side window causing it to shatter on the victim.  Jury was subdued and placed under arrest for Criminal Property Damage in the First Degree. Jury has ten prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu and Waipahu areas.

5/23/2015 - Wanted Fugitive: Elijah KAAWA

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Elijah Kaawa who is wanted for a $50,000 Contempt warrant for failure to appear for sentencing on March 24, 2015.

 

On October 1, 2014, at 10: 30 p.m., the complainant heard noises coming from the patio area of her home on Dune Circle Upon checking she observed a male rummaging through a beach bag and yelled at him. The male grabbed the bag and fled on foot.

At approximately 10:48 p.m., another complainant on Dune Circle heard noises in his den and upon checking located a male searching the closet. The complainant and the male struggled and the male fled over the perimeter wall.

 

At approximately 11 p.m., another complainant on Dune Circle observed a male running from his garage area and gave chase. He located the male on the street and detained him until police arrived. The complainant’s properties were recovered and all three complainants positively identified the male in a field lineup. He was identified as Kaawa and placed under arrest for Burglary in the First Degree, Unlawful Entry into a Dwelling in the Second Degree, and Theft in the Third Degree.

5/2/2015 - Wanted Fugitive: Louella HERNANDEZ

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Louella Hernandez who is wanted for a $50,000 cash only Contempt warrant for failure to appear on January 21, 2015 for HOPE Warning hearing.

On November 3, 2013, at approximately 3:44 a.m., an officer stopped a female for riding a moped on South Beretania Street without any headlights.  The female was identified as Hernandez and had three outstanding warrants. A check was made on the moped and found that it had been reported stolen. Hernandez was subsequently arrested for Unauthorized Control of a Propelled Vehicle.

Hernandez has fourteen prior convictions and is known to frequent the Waimanalo area.

3/14/2015 - Wanted Fugitive: Robert MILES AKA Gino GEORGE

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Robert Miles who is wanted for three warrants totaling $33,000 for failure to appear for trial call on June 23, 2014.

 

On December 19, 2010, the complainant was driving his vehicle on Kalakaua Avenue when another vehicle nearly collided into his vehicle.  Both drivers exchanged words prior to stopping at a red light. The driver of the other vehicle approached the complainant and struck him while he was seated in his vehicle.

Police were called and identified the other driver as Miles who was placed under arrest for Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle.

 

On January 8, 2014, George was involved in an argument with his girlfriend that escalated to him assaulting her and causing injuries. Neighbors heard screaming and called police to the apartment on Nahua Street. George fled prior to the arrival of the police but was located near McCully Street after an All Points Bulletin was broadcasted. He was placed under arrest for Assault in the Second Degree, and Abuse of a Household Member.

 Age:          28 years old

2/21/2015 - Wanted Fugitive: Chino ALBERT

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public`s assistance in locating Chino Albert who is wanted for $50,000 cash only warrant for failure to appear for further proof of compliance hearing on February 11, 2015.

On June 5, 2013, at approximately 11:35 p.m., officers were sent to Makiki District Park on an assault case. Upon arrival the officers met with a witness that observed three males hitting a male and provided descriptions of the suspects. An All Points Bulletin was issued and officers in the area located the three males near Lincoln Elementary. A field line up was conducted, and one of the males was postively identified as Albert and placed under arrest for Assault in the Second Degree. The victim was located near the skate park and transported to the hospital with injuries to his head.

2/14/2015 - Wanted Fugitive: Timothy HONEYCUTT Jr.

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Timothy Honeycutt who is wanted for a $20,000 cash only Probation Revocation warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of HOPE probation.

 

On February 2, 2012, at approximately 10 a.m., Police dispatch put out an All Points Bulletin for a stolen white Chevrolet four-door sedan taken from Kamehameha Highway and Pualalea Street.  Crime Reduction officers working in the area observed the stolen vehicle near the Dole Plantation at approximately 10:27 a.m., and followed it to Kilani Avenue. The officers approached the driver while he was stopped at a red light and identified him as Honeycutt. The vehicle was confirmed stolen and he was placed under arrest for Unauthorized Control of a Propelled Vehicle.

Suspect:  Timothy Honeycutt

Race:        Caucasian

 Age:          29 years old

Height:      6’0”

Weight:     148 lbs.

Hair:              Brown

Eyes:            Brown
