2/11/2017 - Wanted Fugitive: Garrett JENNINGS

Garret Jennings who is wanted for a $50,000 Contempt warrant for failure to appear for Jury Selection on December 13, 2016.

 

On October 14, 2006, the complainant met the suspect Jennings on the internet and invited him to stay at a Waikiki hotel.  They got into an argument while out at a bar and upon returning to his hotel room found that numerous items were missing. One of the items a laptop was located on December 2, 2006, at a pawn shop and positively identified by the complainant. The records from the pawn shop showed that it had been brought in by Jennings on October 16, 2006.

Jennings was later located and placed under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree.  Jennings has seven prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

12/24/2016 - Wanted Fugitive: Reyn AU-YOSHIMURA

Reyn Au-Yoshimura who is wanted for three $20,000 cash only Probation revocation warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of HOPE probation.

 

On May 3, 2013, Au-Yoshimura made deposits to his Bank of Hawaii account using the ATM on several occasions, and withdrew that daily amount allowed.

Through investigation the bank found that Au-Yoshimura had deposited empty envelopes. He was located and placed under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree.

 

On December 24, 2014, at approximately 7:46 p.m., a male entered the Friki Tiki Store located on Lewers Streets, selected numerous pairs of sunglasses, concealed them in his messenger bag, and fled the store without making payment.  Video surveillance was reviewed and an officer familiar with Au-Yoshimura made positive identification. AU-Yoshimura was located and placed under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree.

 

On May 4, 2015, a male entered the Friki Tiki Store located at the Ala Moana Shopping Center, removed several sunglasses, and fled the store without making payment.  He was observed on video surveillance and was positively identified as Au-Yoshimura who was located and placed under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree.

 

Au-Yoshimura has eight prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu

12/10/2016 - Wanted Fugitive: James BYERS

Crime Stoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in James Byers who is wanted for$50,000 Contempt for failure to appear for Execution of Mittimus on October 6, 2016.

 

On September 23, 2015, the complainant was notified that a former employee had used the business credit card to pay for a hotel room in Waikiki. The company investigated and found that Byers had been dismissed from his job as a pay roll clerk and had charged his hotel room on the company credit card and signed the complainant’s name without authorization. Further investigation showed that money had been taken from the business during the short time that Byers was employed and only he had access to the funds.  Byers was later located and arrested for Theft in the Second Degree.

10/22/2016 - Wanted Fugitive: Pumehana De Cambra

Pumehana De Cambra who is wanted for a $25,000 Deferred Acceptance Revocation warrant for violating the terms and conditions of his probation.

 

 On May 11, 2012, the complainant went to her bank and found that numerous unauthorized withdrawals were made from her checking and savings account.  A police report was generated and video surveillance at the bank showed a male identified as DeCambra making withdrawals with the complainant’s credit/debit card.  DeCambra was identified as a neighbor who had helped the complainant at her home.  He was contacted by the detective, located and placed under arrest for Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card, Unauthorized Possession of Confidential Personal Information, Theft in the Second Degree, Identity Theft in the Second Degree, and Credit Card Theft.  He is known to frequent the Waianae area.

9/24/2016 - Wanted Fugitive: Mariah AGUIRRE

Mariah Aguirre who is wanted for two $20,000 cash only Probation Revocation warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of HOPE probation.

 

On June 30, 2010, at approximately 12:00 p.m., the complainant left his apartment on Waialae Avenue and returned at 2 p.m., to find that his apartment had been burglarized and his red Mitsubishi truck was taken.

On July 7, 2010, at approximately 7:15 a.m., an officer making checks of Kualoa Beach Park observed a truck with an expired safety sticker and ran a check. He found that the vehicle had been reported stolen and conducted a traffic stop on Kahekili Highway. One of the passengers in the vehicle was identified as Aguirre and placed under arrest for Burglary in the First Degree, Promoting a Dangerous Drug in the Third Degree, Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia, and Unlawful Entry into a Motor Vehicle. She was subsequently arrested for Theft in the Second Degree when an Ipad and a receipt with the complainant’s credit card was found on her person. She has two prior convictions and is known to frequent the Haleiwa area.

9/17/2016 - Watned Fugitive: Alezandra PACLIB

Alezandra Paclib who is wanted for a $20,000 cash only Probation Revocation warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of HOPE probation.

 

On July 25, 2012, at approximately 2 p.m., the complainant left her residence on Victoria Street and returned at 4 p.m., to find that it had been burglarized. The complainant along with a police officer reviewed the surveillance video from the building and one of the suspects was recognized and identified as Paclib. She was located on September 25, 2012, and placed under arrest for Burglary in the First Degree.  Paclib has twenty four prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

 

Suspect:   Alezandra Paclib

Race:        Filipino

 Age:          49 years old

Height:     5’6”  

Weight:    168 lbs.

Hair:      Brown

Eyes:     Brown

9/10/2016 - Wanted Fugitive: Kenneth WEBSTER

Kenneth Webster who is wanted for two $100,000 aggregate Contempt warrants for failure to appear for Trial Call on

August 16, 2016, and September 6, 2016.

 

On June 24, 2016, at approximately 12:25 p.m., a male entered the Maui Diver’s Store located in the Royal Hawaiian Hotel, produced a credit card and driver’s license in the name of John Long and made a  purchase. Long returned to Maui Diver’s at 3:00 p.m., to make another purchase that was flagged by the credit card company.  The manager of Maui Diver’s contacted the bank where the card was issued and found that the card did not belong Long. Police were called and Long was placed under arrest for Fraudulent use of a Credit Card(2x), Unauthorized Possession of Confidential Personal Information, Identity Theft in the First Degree, and Theft in the Second Degree.

 

On July 11, 2016, a male identified as Webster checked into the Waikiki Outrigger Hotel using an Outrigger Resorts credit card authorization form. On July 13, 2016, the hotel was contacted by the credit card company that the credit card was used fraudulently.  Webster was located in his hotel room, positively identified and placed under arrest for Identity Theft in the Second Degree, Theft in the Second Degree, Unauthorized Control of a Propelled Vehicle, and Forgery in the Second Degree.

 Age:           34 years old

Height:       5’10’

Weight:      210 lbs.

7/9/2016 - Wanted Fugitive: Leighton KANAE

Leighton Kane who is wanted for a $20,000 cash only Probation Revocation warrant for failure to appear for a hearing on Motion for Modification of the terms and conditions of his probation on May 27, 2016.

 

On December 20, 2012, at approximately 12:30 p.m., an officer driving on Kinau Street observed a male holding a pair of wire cutters and a coat hanger while attempting to make entry into the driver’s side door of a parked Toyota Tacoma.  As the officer stopped to confront the male, he fled into a nearby apartment building. The officer was able to locate the male as he entered one of the apartments and identified him as Kanae.  The officer ran a check of the Tacoma and found that it was an outstanding stolen vehicle and placed Kanae under arrest for Attempted Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle in the First Degree.

 

He has twenty prior convictions and is known to frequent Honolulu, and Maui.

6/11/2016 - Wanted Fugitive: Joshua ESPINOZA

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Joshua Espinoza who is wanted for three $50,000 Contempt warrants for failure to appear for hearing on Motion for Modification of terms and conditions of probation on May 11, 2016.

 

On May 25, 2007, the complainant was contacted by her neighbor that her garage door was open. She contacted her son who went to the parking lot at his office and found that his vehicle had been stolen.  On May 27, 2007, the complainant was cleaning her home and found a cigarette butt that was left behind. She submitted it to the police officer who ran a DNA check which positively matched Espinoza. He was located and placed under arrest for Burglary in the First Degree.

 

On June 22, 2010, three males entered the Nordstrom store located in the Ala Moana Shopping center, proceeded to the women’s handbag department, selected 11 handbags, and then all fled without making payment. Surveillance video was reviewed by officers who recognized one of the males as Espinoza. He was later located and placed under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree.

 

On August 19, 2014, an officer recognized Espinoza in a vehicle that had parked next to him on Hekaha Street. The officer ran a check and found that he had two outstanding warrants. Espinoza attempted to hide from the officer but was located nearby. He was placed under arrest for the warrants and while searching him due to the arrest the officer observed a black nylon bag that Espinoza had discarded and attempted to hide behind a rear tire of a parked vehicle. The bag had drugs and drug paraphernalia in plain view. Espinoza was subsequently arrested for Promoting a Dangerous Drug in the Third Degree, and Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia.  He has eleven prior convictions and is known to frequent the Waianae and Waipahu areas.

Race:          Hawaiian

 Age:            32 years old

Height:       5’11”

Weight:      194 lbs.

Hair:           Black

5/7/2016 - Wanted Fugitive: Christine BRAY AKA Christine LANE

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Christine Bray who is wanted for a $20,000 cash only Probation Revocation warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions for HOPE probation.

 

On March 7, 2014, the complainant who is a supervisor for Child Welfare Services was assigned to do a home visit on a child that was placed in temporary custody of her parents. When she arrived at the home she was informed by a family member that the child had been taken to Florida by her parents.  Information was received through investigation of their whereabouts in Florida.  Child Welfare Services in Florida located the child, took custody, and she was returned to Honolulu.   Bray was charged with Custodial Interference in the First Degree.

 

Suspect:   Christine Bray

AKA:          Christine Lane

Race:         Caucasian

 Age:           25 years old

Height:       5’11

Weight:      123 lbs.

Hair:           Brown

Eyes:         Brown
