4/30/2016 - Wanted Fugitive: Kent DOMINGCIL

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Kent Domingcil who is wanted for two $20,000 cash only probation revocation warrants for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of HOPE probation.

 

On August 16, 2013, the complainant parked and secured his vehicle in the parking lot of Best Buy in Aiea.  Upon returning to his vehicle he observed the front passenger side window shattered and items missing.  Witnesses pointed out a male who fled towards the Pearl City Bicycle path. Police located the male who was positively identified as Domingcil and placed under arrest for a warrant. 

 

On August 31, 2013, the complainant reported that his company van was stolen from his residence on Gulick Avenue.   On September 3, 2013, an officer aware of the stolen van observed the vehicle in the area of Makaloa Street and Keeaumoku Street. An All Points Bulletin was issue and the van was located on Captain Cook Avenue by officers. The driver of the van was positively identified as Domingcil and placed under arrest for Unauthorized Control of a Propelled Vehicle.  He is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

4/23/2016 - Wanted Fugitive: Joseph Yamaguchi AKA Vanroy Delima

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Joseph Yamaguchi who is wanted for a $25,000 Contempt warrant for failure to appear for motion for revocation of probation and resentencing.

 

On March 23, 2013, at approximately 4:30 a.m., the complainant heard his Dodge pickup truck start, looked out the window, and observed his vehicle being driven off on Kapuna Loop. He called the police and initiated a police report.

On March 23, 2013, at approximately 4:50 p.m., an officer was sent to a suspicious circumstances type case that a male was sleeping in a truck on Waianae Valley Road.  The officer observed the vehicle with the engine running and a male asleep in the driver’s seat.  He ran a check of the license plate and found that the truck had been reported stolen earlier in the day. The male was identified as Yamaguchi and placed under arrest for Unauthorized Control of a Propelled Vehicle.  He has forty seven prior convictions and is known to frequent the Waianae area.

 

Suspect:   Joseph Yamaguchi

 Age:           48 years old

Height:      5’4”

Weight:     160 lbs.

4/9/2016 - Wanted Fugitive: Daron BOTHELO

Bothelo who is wanted for a $20,000 cash only Probation Revocation warrant for failure to appear for HOPE modification on March 8, 2016.

 

On April 26, 2007, a male entered the downtown branch of Bank of Hawaii and attempted to cash a business check.  The teller asked for identification and identified him as Bothelo.  She proceeded to get approval from her manager who contacted the owner of the check due to a flag on the account. The owner stated that her vehicle had been broken into on March 22, 2007, and the checks were stolen.  Police were called and Bothelo was positively identified and placed under arrest for Forgery in the Second Degree.   While being searched due to the arrest drugs and drug paraphernalia was found in his pants pocket.  He was subsequently placed under arrest for Promoting Dangerous Drug in the Third Degree, and Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia.  Bothelo has five prior convictions and is known to frequent Lanai City.

3/19/2016 - Wanted Fugitive: Sherwin DIAZ

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Sherwin Diaz who is wanted for two warrants totaling $100,000 for failure to appear for DAG/Sentencing on January 8, 2016.


On August 15, 2004, the complainant left her residence on Ohialoke Street at approximately 8 a.m., and returned several hours later to find that her home had been broken into. Police dusted the residence for fingerprints and through investigation found that the prints belonged to Diaz.  He was later located and placed under arrest for Burglary in the First Degree.


On August 29, 2004, at approximately 8:30 a.m., the complainant returned to his residence on Kaluanui Road and parked his vehicle in his garage.  At approximately 10:30 a.m., the complainant discovered his vehicle missing and called the police.  Through investigation Diaz was locate d and arrested for Burglary in the First Degree, and Unauthorized Control of a Propelled Vehicle.

2/6/2016 - Wanted Fugitive: Gabriel PALOLO

Palolo who is wanted for five Probation Revocation warrants totaling $250,000 for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of Supervised Release.

 

On July 26, 2012, and April 3, 2013, Palolo violated a Temporary Restraining Order by contacting and threatening the complainant by phone and text. He was located and placed under arrest for Terroristic Threatening in the First Degree.

 

On March 27, 2015, an on duty officer stopped at a red light on Young Street and Pensacola Street observed a gray Jeep pass through the intersection and the male driver not wearing a seat belt.  The officer ran a check of the license plate and found that the vehicle had been reported stolen. The vehicle was stopped on Rycroft Street and the driver identified as Palolo was placed under arrest for Unauthorized Control of a Propelled Vehicle.

 

On May 23, 2015, through May 28, 2015, a male checked into a Waikiki Hotel and failed to check out at the scheduled time. The manager conducted a routine check of the room and found that the room had been damaged and drugs and drug paraphernalia were observed.   A copy of the credit card and identification was provided to the police. The owner of the credit card was contacted and stated that he did not authorize any charges at the hotel. The hotel contacted their sister hotels and sent the picture of the person who had registered at the hotel. On June 3, 2015, officers were called to another Waikiki hotel to remove a male who was not welcomed at their hotel. Through investigation the male was identified as Palolo and placed under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree, Fraudulent Use of a credit Card, Identity Theft in the Second Degree, Unauthorized  Possession of Confidential Personal Information, Forgery in the Second Degree, Promoting a Dangerous Drug in the Third Degree, and Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia.

 

On July 15, 2015, the complainant was contacted by her bank regarding a purchase of a vehicle. The complainant called the company and found that a male had signed all the documents to purchase a vehicle and provided identification with the complainant’s name. Through investigation the male was identified as Palolo and arrested for Identity Theft in the First Degree, Theft in the First Degree, Forgery in the Second Degree, and Unauthorized Possession of Confidential Personal Information.

1/23/2016 - Wanted Fugitive: Summer GIBSON aka Adam GASPANG Jr

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Summer Gibson who is wanted for two $20,000 cash only Probation Revocation warrants for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of HOPE probation.

 

On July 3, 2013, the owner of a residence on North Kuakini Street went to check on her vacant property and found two people had taken residence without permission. Police were called and identified one of the occupants as Gibson and placed him under arrest for Criminal Trespass in the First Degree.

 

On September 1, 2013, the property owner for an apartment on Puuhale Road sent a plumber to fix some problems. Upon arrival at the apartment the plumber observed two people had taken residence in the vacant apartment. The owner was called and verified they were not given permission to be in the apartment.  Police were called and identified one of the occupants as Gibson and placed him under arrested for Criminal Trespass in the First Degree.

AKA:           Adam Gaspang Jr.

 Age:             39 years old

Height:        5’8”

Weight:       150 lbs.

Hair:            Brown

1/16/2016 - Wanted Fugitive: Tazebe BEYENE

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Tazebe Beyene who is wanted for a $50,000 Contempt warrant for failure to appear for Trial Call on December 14, 2015.

 

On December 6, 2013, at approximately 1:45 a.m., the victims were in a parking lot located on the University of Hawaii Manoa campus when they were approached by an unknown male.  They asked the male to leave when he shoved one of the victims to the ground. The other victim attempted to help her and was struck multiple times by the male. The male assaulted both victims then fled on foot to the Geophysics building where he was located by campus security. Police were called, identified him as Beyene, and placed him under arrest for two counts of Assault in the Second Degree.  He has no prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

 

Suspect:   Tazebe Beyene

Race:         African-American

 Age:           35 years old

Height:      6’1”

Weight:     195 lbs.      

Hair:          Black

Eyes:         Brown

1/2/2016 - Wanted Fugitive: Preston PERRY-PRUSKI

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Preston Perry Pruski who is wanted for a $25,000 cash only Probation Revocation warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of Mental Health Court.

 

On September 25, 2010, Perry Pruski was served with a Temporary Restraining Order and was evicted from a home in Nuuanu.  On October 5, 2010, he unlawfully entered the home and stolen items belonging to the resident. Police were called and located him near by and placed him under arrest for Burglary in the First Degree. He has three prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

 

Suspect: Preston Perry-Pruski

 Age:         28 years old  

Height:     5’7”  

Weight:    135 lbs.  

Hair:         Brown

10/21/2015 - Wanted Witness: Failure to Render Aid

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating the driver of a dark blue Ford F-150 pickup truck with black tinted windows for Failure to Render Aid.

 

On October 14, 2015, at approximately 3:06 p.m., a 36-year-old male was crossing Vineyard Boulevard when the Ford F-150 made a left turn from Palama Street onto Vineyard Boulevard and struck the victim while in the crosswalk. The driver fled without stopping or slowing down. The truck may have damages to the front passenger side.

9/28/2015 - Wanted Witnesses/Victims

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating witnesses or victims of recent BB gun incidents. From September 22 through 26, 2015, there have been five incidents reported involving BB guns in the Wahiawa and Pearl City areas.

 

On September 22, 2015, at approximately 5:45 p.m., a juvenile male was sitting at a bus stop on Hoolaulea Street when he was injured by a BB gun. On September 24, 2015, at approximately 7:55 p.m., a victim was standing in a parking lot on North Kamehameha Highway when he felt pain to his left hand.

 

Upon checking, he found that he had been shot with a BB gun and went to seek medical treatment. On September 25, 2015, at approximately 8:45 a.m., two incidents occurred near the Dole Plantation while the victims were driving. One victim had damage to his rear passenger door, and the other victim’s rear window was shattered by a shot from a BB gun.

 

On September 26, 2015, at approximately 11:25 a.m., the front window of a business on Kilani Avenue was damaged due to a BB gun shot. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call CrimeStoppers at 955-8300 or *CRIME on your cellular phone.
