7/15/2017 - Wanted Fugitive: Raheim GAVIN

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Raheim Gavin who is wanted for a $50,000 Contempt warrant for failure to appear for sentencing on June 8, 2017.

 

On November 2, 2015, at approximately 12:06 p.m., an officer observed a male that he recognized from previous encounters driving a black Toyota Celica in the area of Ohai Street. A check of the license plate showed that the vehicle had been reported stolen on October 30, 2015, from Wilikina Drive.  The officer stooped the vehicle on Ohai Street and identified the driver as Gavin.  He was placed under arrest for Unauthorized Control of a Propelled Vehicle and Driving Without a License.  He ahs sixteen prior convictions and is known to frequent the Wahiawa and Waianae areas.

7/1/2017 - Wanted Fugitive: Cory STROKER

Cory Stoker who is wanted for a $40,000 Probation Revocation warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of probation.

 

On March 18, 2016, at approximately 10:55 p.m., the victim was hanging out with some friends in the area of Fort DeRussy Army Museum when he was a approached by a male who asked for drugs.  The victim refused and was struck on the head with a glass bottle. Police were called and located the male nearby. He was positively identified as Stoker and placed under arrest for Assault in the Second Degree.  He has nineteen prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

6/24/2017 - Wanted Fugitive: Ronald Hirouji

Ronald Hirouji who is wanted for a $100,000 Probation revocation warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of probation.

 

On March 12, 2016, at approximately 11:26 a.m., a loss prevention agent for Nieman Marcus observed a male in the Women’s Designer Department remove a Burberry jacket and place it in an empty Macy’s bag that he was carrying. The male exited the store without making payment and was stopped and detained outside of the store by the agent. Police were called and he was positively identified as Hirouji and placed under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree.  Hirouji was searched due to the arrest and drugs and drug paraphernalia were found on his person. He was arrested for Promoting a Dangerous Drug in the Third Degree, and Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia.  He has twenty four prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

6/10/2017 - Wanted Fugitive: Cedrick RICHARDSON

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Cedrick Richardson who is wanted for a $200,000 Grand Jury Warrant.

 

On September 7, 2014, an altercation between two groups of people occurred at a night club on South Pauahi Street.  Security for the establishment broke of the parties involved and one party left the club. The victim was one of the males breaking up the altercation and was confronted by Richardson outside. The victim attempted to calm Richardson down when he was shot in the chest area. Richardson fled on foot on Bethel Street towards Nuuanu Avenue when security from another establishment observed Richardson running with what appeared to be a firearm in his hand. He gave chase and observed Richardson discard a handgun prior to the police officers arriving and stopping both males.  Richardson was positively identified by witnesses and the victim and placed under arrest for Attempted Murder in the Second Degree, Carrying or Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Separate Felony, Place to keep Pistol or Revolver, and Possession of Prohibited Detachable Ammunition magazine. He has no prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

5/20/2017 - Wanted Fugitive: Tori SAMIERE

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Tori Samiere who is wanted for a $50,000 cash only Probation Revocation warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of HOPE probation.

 

On May 6, 2014, the complainant was contacted by his bank about possible fraudulent charges on his credit card at the Safeway located in Hawaii Kai. He contacted the police and made a police report.  During the investigation the officer recovered video from Safeway and observed a female enter the store and proceed to the gift card section. She selected various cards and proceeded to the check out where she presented a MasterCard. The cashier attempted to swipe the card several times and also attempted to enter the numbers manually.  The female left store after the card was denied.   The officer received another report from Safeway located on South Beretania Street and recovered surveillance video depicting the same female attempting to purchase gift cards.  Samiere was positively identified in both vehicles by an officer who had previously encountered her on another case.  On June 2, 2014, Samiere was located in Waikiki and placed under arrest for Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card, Identity Theft in the Second Degree, Unauthorized Possession of Confidential Personal Information, and Theft in the Second Degree.  She has four prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

4/29/2017 - Wanted Fugitive: Danielle MANO-KILA

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Danielle Mano-Kila who is wanted for two $20,000 cash only Probation Revocation warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of HOPE probation.

 

On April 27, 2011, the complainant’s left their residence at 10:30 a.m., and returned at 2:30 p.m., to find that their home had been burglarized.  Numerous items were taken including jewelry.  On April 27, 2011, police were called to a pawn shop in Ewa Beach on a report of a female attempting to sell jewelry. The female fled prior to police arrival but video surveillance was obtained. A CrimeStoppers bulletin was released and one of the females was identified as Mano-Kila.

 

On December 12, 2011, officers responded to a burglary that occurred on Hoolai Street where Christmas presents were stolen. While investigating the burglary the officer heard a call on the radio regarding three females unloading Christmas presents from a vehicle and unwrapping the presents on Poailani Circle. Police arrived and observed three females off loading Christmas wrapped presents from a parked vehicle. Property taken from the burglary was recovered and positively identified by the complainants.  One of the females was identified as Mano-Kila and placed under arrest for Burglary in the First Degree. While being interviewed for the burglary, Mano-Kila was also implicated and arrested for the Burglary that occurred On April 27, 2011.

4/15/2017 - Wanted Fugitive: Tovaega MAILAELO

Tovaega Mailealo who is wanted for a $250,000 Grand Jury warrant.

 

 The complainant who is in her eighties and resides at the Kahala Nui Senior Living Home was having her taxes done when discrepancies in her checking account were found. Through investigation with the bank the complainant’s niece observed ninety-four checks written out to Mailealo had been stolen, forged and deposited into Mailealo’s account between April 26, 2011 and March 4, 2013.

 

A police report was made and Mailealo fled the state. She is wanted for Identity Theft in the First Degree and Theft in the First Degree.

4/8/2017 - Wanted Fugitive: Donovan Palauni

Donovan Palauni who is wanted for a$75,000Probation Revocation Warrant for violating the terms and conditions of his probation.

 

On December 13, 2014, at approximately 3:18 p.m., two males entered Sammy’s Mini Mart and used physical force on two female employees to obtain money. One of the males held an employee while the other searched the safe and counter area.  Video surveillance was reviewed and Palauni was identified as a possible suspect. A photographic lineup was conducted with both victims who positively identified Palauni. He was located and placed under arrest for Robbery in the Second Degree. He has four prior convictions and is known to frequent the Wahiawa area.

3/25/2017 - Wanted Fugitive: Lalita BOCK

Lalita Bock who is wanted for a $30,000 Contempt warrant for failure to appear for sentencing on April 12, 2016.

 

On June 19, 2015, under cover officers were performing a vice sting operation on prostitution in the Waikiki area. One of the officers met Bock at a Waikiki hotel where Bock offered her services for a fee. The officer attempted to arrest Bock and a struggle ensued between them. Bock bit the officer and continued to struggle until the arrest team entered the room.  Bock was placed under arrest for Assault Against Law Enforcement Officer in the First Degree, and Prostitution.

3/4/2017 - Wanted Fugitive: Anthony DOMINGUEZ

Anthony Dominguez who is wanted for two $50,000 cash only Contempt warrants for failure to appear for HOPE warning hearing on

June 1, 2016.

 

On June 4, 2013, Dominguez went to auto dealer ship located on South Berertania Street and asked to test drive an Audi.  He left the lot and did not return at the specified time and auto theft was initiated. On June 6, 2013, an officer stopped the Audi on Liliha Street and placed all four occupants under arrest and transported them to the Kalihi Police station to be interviewed. During the interview Dominguez was identified as the person who stole the vehicle.

 

On September 3, 2013, the complainant received a call from the property manager at Cathedral Point that two vehicles that he was responsible for were being tampered with by three people. The complainant drove to the area and confronted the three people, and noticed that both of the vehicles that he had power of attorney over were entered and searched. Police arrived and one of the males was positively identified as Dominguez and placed under arrest for two counts of Unauthorized Entry Into a Motor Vehicle in the First Degree.

 

While incarcerated at OCCC he was also placed under arrest for Unauthorized Control of a Propelled Vehicle that occurred on June 4, 2013.  He ahs seven prior convictions and is known to frequent the Kailua area.
