3/18/2017 - Wanted Fugitive: Aupiu-Savea AH YOU

Aupiu Savea Ah You who is wanted for two $25,000 cash only Probation Revocation warrants for failure to appear for Compliance Hearing on February 10, 2016.

 

On March 4, 2014, an officer on patrol stopped a moped for numerous traffic violations on Queen Street.  He ran a check of the moped which was not reported stolen, identified the driver as Ah You and cited him for the violations.  On March 6, 2014, the officer observed the same moped unattended at Pawaa Park. The officer located an address for the resident owner and proceeded to the residence to check the status of the moped. Upon arriving he met with the owner who stated that the moped had been stolen a couple of days earlier and was going to make a police report.  The officer located Ah You and placed him under arrest for Unauthorized Control of a Propelled Vehicle.

 

On May 30, 2014, the victim went to use the bathroom at Cartwright Field and ran into Ah You.  After a few exchange of words, Ah You struck the victim with a wrench then fled on a bicycle. Police were called and located AH You on Kinau Street and placed him under arrest for Assault in the Second Degree. While being searched due to the arrest drugs were found on his person. He was subsequently arrested for Promoting a Dangerous Drug in the Third Degree.

He has thirteen prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

3/11/2017 - Wanted Fugitive: Brandee DUARTE

Brandee Duarte who is wanted for $20,000 Probation Revocation warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of Hope Probation.

 

On Tuesday January 12, 2016, at approximately 3:50 p.m., a female entered the Sports Authority Store previous located on Ward Avenue and select merchandise from different departments within the store.  The female loaded the cart and pushed it to the front door, left the cart and exited the store. She returned a minute later and retrieved the cart and exited the store without making payment for the items. She was stopped and detained for police outside of the store by a loss prevention officer.  Police positively identified her a Duarte and placed her under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree.

3/4/2017 - Wanted Fugitive: Anthony DOMINGUEZ

Anthony Dominguez who is wanted for two $50,000 cash only Contempt warrants for failure to appear for HOPE warning hearing on

June 1, 2016.

 

On June 4, 2013, Dominguez went to auto dealer ship located on South Berertania Street and asked to test drive an Audi.  He left the lot and did not return at the specified time and auto theft was initiated. On June 6, 2013, an officer stopped the Audi on Liliha Street and placed all four occupants under arrest and transported them to the Kalihi Police station to be interviewed. During the interview Dominguez was identified as the person who stole the vehicle.

 

On September 3, 2013, the complainant received a call from the property manager at Cathedral Point that two vehicles that he was responsible for were being tampered with by three people. The complainant drove to the area and confronted the three people, and noticed that both of the vehicles that he had power of attorney over were entered and searched. Police arrived and one of the males was positively identified as Dominguez and placed under arrest for two counts of Unauthorized Entry Into a Motor Vehicle in the First Degree.

 

While incarcerated at OCCC he was also placed under arrest for Unauthorized Control of a Propelled Vehicle that occurred on June 4, 2013.  He ahs seven prior convictions and is known to frequent the Kailua area.

2/11/2017 - Wanted Fugitive: Garrett JENNINGS

Garret Jennings who is wanted for a $50,000 Contempt warrant for failure to appear for Jury Selection on December 13, 2016.

 

On October 14, 2006, the complainant met the suspect Jennings on the internet and invited him to stay at a Waikiki hotel.  They got into an argument while out at a bar and upon returning to his hotel room found that numerous items were missing. One of the items a laptop was located on December 2, 2006, at a pawn shop and positively identified by the complainant. The records from the pawn shop showed that it had been brought in by Jennings on October 16, 2006.

Jennings was later located and placed under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree.  Jennings has seven prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

12/24/2016 - Wanted Fugitive: Reyn AU-YOSHIMURA

Reyn Au-Yoshimura who is wanted for three $20,000 cash only Probation revocation warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of HOPE probation.

 

On May 3, 2013, Au-Yoshimura made deposits to his Bank of Hawaii account using the ATM on several occasions, and withdrew that daily amount allowed.

Through investigation the bank found that Au-Yoshimura had deposited empty envelopes. He was located and placed under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree.

 

On December 24, 2014, at approximately 7:46 p.m., a male entered the Friki Tiki Store located on Lewers Streets, selected numerous pairs of sunglasses, concealed them in his messenger bag, and fled the store without making payment.  Video surveillance was reviewed and an officer familiar with Au-Yoshimura made positive identification. AU-Yoshimura was located and placed under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree.

 

On May 4, 2015, a male entered the Friki Tiki Store located at the Ala Moana Shopping Center, removed several sunglasses, and fled the store without making payment.  He was observed on video surveillance and was positively identified as Au-Yoshimura who was located and placed under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree.

 

Au-Yoshimura has eight prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu

12/10/2016 - Wanted Fugitive: James BYERS

Crime Stoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in James Byers who is wanted for $50,000 Contempt for failure to appear for Execution of Mittimus on October 6, 2016.

 

On September 23, 2015, the complainant was notified that a former employee had used the business credit card to pay for a hotel room in Waikiki. The company investigated and found that Byers had been dismissed from his job as a pay roll clerk and had charged his hotel room on the company credit card and signed the complainant’s name without authorization. Further investigation showed that money had been taken from the business during the short time that Byers was employed and only he had access to the funds.  Byers was later located and arrested for Theft in the Second Degree.

 

Suspect:    James Byers

Race:          Caucasian

 Age:           39 years old

Height:       5’8”

Weight:      165 lbs.

Hair:            Brown

Eyes:           Brown

10/22/2016 - Wanted Fugitive: Pumehana De Cambra

Pumehana De Cambra who is wanted for a $25,000 Deferred Acceptance Revocation warrant for violating the terms and conditions of his probation.

 

 On May 11, 2012, the complainant went to her bank and found that numerous unauthorized withdrawals were made from her checking and savings account.  A police report was generated and video surveillance at the bank showed a male identified as DeCambra making withdrawals with the complainant’s credit/debit card.  DeCambra was identified as a neighbor who had helped the complainant at her home.  He was contacted by the detective, located and placed under arrest for Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card, Unauthorized Possession of Confidential Personal Information, Theft in the Second Degree, Identity Theft in the Second Degree, and Credit Card Theft.  He is known to frequent the Waianae area.

 Age:           37 years old

Height:       6”5”

Weight:      430 lbs.

Hair:       Black

9/24/2016 - Wanted Fugitive: Mariah AGUIRRE

Mariah Aguirre who is wanted for two $20,000 cash only Probation Revocation warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of HOPE probation.

 

On June 30, 2010, at approximately 12:00 p.m., the complainant left his apartment on Waialae Avenue and returned at 2 p.m., to find that his apartment had been burglarized and his red Mitsubishi truck was taken.

On July 7, 2010, at approximately 7:15 a.m., an officer making checks of Kualoa Beach Park observed a truck with an expired safety sticker and ran a check. He found that the vehicle had been reported stolen and conducted a traffic stop on Kahekili Highway. One of the passengers in the vehicle was identified as Aguirre and placed under arrest for Burglary in the First Degree, Promoting a Dangerous Drug in the Third Degree, Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia, and Unlawful Entry into a Motor Vehicle. She was subsequently arrested for Theft in the Second Degree when an Ipad and a receipt with the complainant’s credit card was found on her person. She has two prior convictions and is known to frequent the Haleiwa area.

 Age:           25 years old

Height:       4’10”

Weight:      124 lbs.

Hair:           Black

9/17/2016 - Watned Fugitive: Alezandra PACLIB

Alezandra Paclib who is wanted for a $20,000 cash only Probation Revocation warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of HOPE probation.

 

On July 25, 2012, at approximately 2 p.m., the complainant left her residence on Victoria Street and returned at 4 p.m., to find that it had been burglarized. The complainant along with a police officer reviewed the surveillance video from the building and one of the suspects was recognized and identified as Paclib. She was located on September 25, 2012, and placed under arrest for Burglary in the First Degree.  Paclib has twenty four prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

 

Suspect:   Alezandra Paclib

Race:        Filipino

 Age:          49 years old

Height:     5’6”  

Weight:    168 lbs.

Hair:      Brown

Eyes:     Brown

9/10/2016 - Wanted Fugitive: Kenneth WEBSTER

Kenneth Webster who is wanted for two $100,000 aggregate Contempt warrants for failure to appear for Trial Call on

August 16, 2016, and September 6, 2016.

 

On June 24, 2016, at approximately 12:25 p.m., a male entered the Maui Diver’s Store located in the Royal Hawaiian Hotel, produced a credit card and driver’s license in the name of John Long and made a  purchase. Long returned to Maui Diver’s at 3:00 p.m., to make another purchase that was flagged by the credit card company.  The manager of Maui Diver’s contacted the bank where the card was issued and found that the card did not belong Long. Police were called and Long was placed under arrest for Fraudulent use of a Credit Card(2x), Unauthorized Possession of Confidential Personal Information, Identity Theft in the First Degree, and Theft in the Second Degree.

 

On July 11, 2016, a male identified as Webster checked into the Waikiki Outrigger Hotel using an Outrigger Resorts credit card authorization form. On July 13, 2016, the hotel was contacted by the credit card company that the credit card was used fraudulently.  Webster was located in his hotel room, positively identified and placed under arrest for Identity Theft in the Second Degree, Theft in the Second Degree, Unauthorized Control of a Propelled Vehicle, and Forgery in the Second Degree.

Race:         African-American

 Age:           34 years old

Height:       5’10’

Weight:      210 lbs.

Hair:       Black

Eyes:      Brown
